It was a few miscommunication with the customer at check in. Which it affected the stay at the hotel and the room was supposed to be a handicap and it wasn’t so after driving for 10 hours all you want it’s get some rest instead of switching rooms
Stayed here several times, but originally was not keen on the special whirlpool suite. Well, tried it again (been several years) and it's been updated and I love it. We have adult kids living in West Little Rock, so when the Capital Hotel has been closed due to Covid, made the switch back to the Burgundy. The location is wonderful and we really enjoy Table 28 happy hour and food as well as Petit & Keet, which is in walking distance. Every time we check in, whoever is at the front desk is SOOOOO Friendly and really wonderful to us and thanks us for our Diamond membership with Hilton. The rooms are quiet and clean and we sleep really well in them. If you're wanting a slightly better more romantic evening, get the whirlpool suite or at least the two-room suite, both have fireplaces and are really nice. The only negative is the breakfast situation. Seems like each time we go, someone doesn't show up and service is really really slow. No big deal we aren't in a hurry, just a little bit of a disappointment, but not enough to change my review.…
Perfect location near the family outing, extremely comfortable room, very clean, Table 28 was an amazing restaurant with superior food and decor, and the entire staff was exceptional, especially Chanelle.
I agree with all the great reviews that others have written. This is a new property inside of an old building. Everything is new, modern and comfortable. We will stay here every time we need a place in Little Rock. Chanelle at the front desk will make you feel welcome and take care of anything you need with a smile and a laugh.
Located in quiet area. Close to shopping and restaurants. Staff extremely professional and helpful. Comfortable beds. Great property. Restaurant onsite. Awesome hotel! Large room with sitting area. Nice desk area
