I chose this hotel because of its location, we did not want to stay downtown. We were very pleased with our stay here. Would recommend to others who are looking for something not in the downtown area.

I've been traveling to Little Rock for medical treatments at UAMS since March 2011. My stays vary from a few days to about a month. A clean, quiet, well appointed hotel is very important and makes such visits more of a pleasure than they otherwise might be.

I've stayed at many of the hotels around the UAMS medical district, West Little Rock and the I-430 / I-630 split.

The Burgundy, although a longer drive for me, is the best of the best.

Managers and staff are genuinely interested in making your stay the best possible, while continually looking for ways to further improve and accommodate all reasonable requests.

This is an elegant, very clean hotel that strives, and succeeds, in meeting all of your travel needs. The rooms (including baths) are large, exceptionally clean and well appointed.

The imbedded restaurant, Table 28, has amazing food. The chef and his staff succeed in meeting all of your needs while providing highly flexible meal options. I cannot recall a better contained hotel restaurant experience ... ever.

Going forward, I will make every attempt to use the Burgundy whenever I'm in Little Rock.

This is a nice hotel! As we were checking in, I overheard a couple saying they were moving their daughter back to university and that this is where they *always* stay when they come visit her. I can see why! It is comfortable and recently renovated, and well appointed. The toiletries in the bathroom are Bath & Body Works name brand, there is an outdoor (unheated) pool, a fitness center/gym, they provide complimentary bottles of water to drink, and the TVs let you log into your own Netflix account to continue your streams from home. On the other hand, though, the restaurant area can be really loud at night, the room service closes up early, and the hotel itself isn't in the nicest area of Little Rock (surrounded by chains and highways). It's also unclear whether breakfast is included (we thought it was, until we got there and saw prices. I see from a review further down that some of the items actually *are* included??!) Our medicine cabinet, also, was coming out from the wall in a really precarious way. And did I mention the pool is unheated?

Still, a good go-to at a reasonable rate when visiting Rock Town.

We loved our stay here at the Burgundy Hotel. You can download the app and have a digital key for easier access. The room was clean and beds were amazing to sleep in. There was a ice machine on the first floor, across the elevator, uou have to open the first door to the left to see it. This hotel did not offer complimentary toiletries you can take. Instead they have stalled bathroom caddy with Bath and Body works shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. We liked the arrangement of the room which has its own private desk and a L-shaped sectional on its little living room. One TV in that area and another infront of the bedroom. It was a smart TV which welcomed the guest’s first name. We were happy we got to watch a Netflix movie. They had two complimentary bottled water, a bottle opener and a rubber duckie.

The only downside was that complimentary breakfast was not provided. They have a restaurant in the lobby called Table 28 but it is pricey and an American breakfast costs $16. You can also order ala carte. Table 28 apparently has good rating but we never got to dine here for dinner so I could not attest to their evening menu.

What makes this hotel special is the staff: Mia, Jade and all others at the reception desk, Selena in the breakfast room.

The room was sanitized properly and comfortable. We planned to be there for six nights and chose the hotel because the rooms are suites and set up for longer stays with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and separate seating area. However, there were no wine glasses or other extra drinking glasses, napkins, not enough hangers, dresser drawers and towel hanging spaces for a longer stay. There was no light over the 'kitchen' area and the bedside lights were too dim for reading. A plus was the ceiling fan over the seating area; it would have been a bigger plus if one had been over the bed.

Hilton brands this as a "boutique" hotel but their definition must relate to the small size and not the high end, unique, something extra special that I think of when seeing the word boutique. All those things listed above are what I would expect from any mid-priced hotel. And I have given the property the above rating as a typical well-run, mid-priced hotel with good Scandinavian decor.

Due to the virus thing, the breakfast menu was quite limited. But I was extremely pleased that we had table service.

We stayed at the Burgundy over the weekend. Arrived on Friday to a major power outage which was causing havoc with the staff. No one could check in, keys were not working, etc. Keep in mind, we are in the throes of a global pandemic and wearing masks, etc so it was doubly difficult for everyone. The staff was clearly stressed when we arrived but apologetic. We left and returned four hours later just as the power returned and we were allowed to check in. None of the room keys worked so the front desk employee Starr had to let us in our room with a key which was, no doubt a huge hassle since she did it for everyone every time they left their room. She was gracious and even shared her cheese pizza with us. (The very personable hotel manager had bought pizza for the staff as a thank you for such a stressful day) It was clearly a tough day but Starr and the manager were gracious. Starr even moved her personal vehicle to make a parking space available to us late one night when the lot was full. The good vibes continued as employees bent over backwards to grant any request. The hotel restaurant was working hard to accommodate patrons (again, the PANDEMIC!) and had no problem getting us a couple of glasses of wine at the end of the evening for our room. Other standouts were Jade and Mia who continued the trend of good customer service. Bhu was also very accommodating on Sunday when the pool was shut down due to some mechanical issues from the power outage. But he graciously allowed a few guests to sit outside and read and enjoy the nice weather. Overall, I would say this hotel exceeded our expectations. We stay here about once a year and despite the power troubles- this was one of the better stays. I STILL very much wish this hotel would put up some sort of plexiglass between the wall unit and the rest of the room so the air would not blow right on the face of the person sleeping next to the unit, but I won't give up hope that it happens some day!

I decided to stay at the Burgundy on my trip to Little Rock, and am so very glad that I did. I had a wonderful time. Because of Covid, I decided to check in via my Hilton app on my phone so didn't stop at the front desk. However, I met Mia in the lobby and she was wonderful! She was so very helpful with information about the hotel. I've not traveled much during Covid, but felt very safe in the hotel as everyone wore masks and practiced social distancing. Mia mentioned that the restaurant within the Burgundy (Table 28) had a wonderful happy hour, and also offered dinner. After relaxing a bit in my room, I went there and was very pleased (have reviewed it separately as it is independently owned). As far as the hotel itself, I was very happy with my room (actually suite). It was huge for just one person, and very clean. The bed was comfortable and I slept well, which is unusual for being in a hotel. I also really liked the fact that they have a new thing called "connected room" which allowed me to use my phone as a remote for the tv, and also to be able to stream Netflix. Very cool. I didn't use any of the other amenities, but I would definitely stay here again. Very impressed!!!

You will not regret the stay, tucked off, not too secluded but deserves 10 stars. The Hotel isn’t extremely big but it’s definitely comfortable and accommodating. The staff is pleasant from check-in process to check out, fining staff and cleaners. Our stay was not the least bit disappointing. If you try anything at dinner do not skip in the Collard Greens Ana chicken breast was the absolute best.

Brenda took care of us for breakfast. She made me feel like I was receiving personalized service. She remembered what I like to drink with my breakfast. She remembered how I liked it prepared. She made great recommendations. Her conversation is always pleasant and fun. I look forward to seeing her at breakfast every morning.

The only reason this location does not get a 5 star rating is because the water does not get hot enough to steam the mirror in the bathroom. The water does not get hot at all. SHAME!

This was such a lovely Hilton property, I’d return in a heartbeat. The property was spotless throughout- even including often overlooked spots like the elevator walls. I worried that my room adjacent to the interior “courtyard” style lobby might be loud, but I was thrilled to find the sound proofing was wonderful. The decor of this hotel was both upscale and trendy, and I enjoyed a delicious breakfast before my departure. This is definitely a property I’ll return to!
