Went to Little Rock for Family. This is an excellent location: Room clean and comfortable Room amenities very good Restaurant excellent Staff very friendly Close by local restaurants very good Con: Parking at hotel for patrons limited when restaurant is busy
We are on a long road trip where we camp in our trailer in the National Parks and break it up with some hotel stays. A new way for us to travel and considering duration we have been more budget conscious than in our previous travels/vacations. So what is the difference between a three star hotel like a TRU or Hilton Garden, or Courtyard? First the Burgundy enjoys a quiet location convenient but well away from the interstate tucked into a neighborhood. The rooms are large and decorated thoughtfully to be both comfortable and sophisticated. Two tv's a sectional, desk, and coffee in the room. A large bathroom with a walk in rain shower. The "Heavenly Bed" that really is a step above. A large pool area with fire pit and comfort seating.. This hotel was such a pleasant surprise and the double bonus was a competitive price and a friendly and engaged staff. Also worth considering in the Covid travel frenzy is that many Downtown areas in cities across the country are commanding a premium rate and expensive parking that allows you to be conveniently located to shuttered restaurants and other attractions. The Burgundy is away from downtown, not much around the hotel but we found ourselves often driving to find good restaurants in most other cities regardless. Very relaxing stay and we will return again if we find ourselves in Little Rock. So good it will cause me to seek out other Tapestry properties in the future. Spotless, comfortable, quiet. Outstanding stay…
Surprisingly modem & clean interior for an old hotel. Comfy bed, good pillows, good hot water & cold A/C. Shower was cramped by huge grab bar & missing a floor mat to step out of. Disappointed with the pool which contained millions of floating dead bugs, a rope in way of laps, and smelly manure mulch in planting beds surrounding the pool area. Friendly staff but was unable to satisfy my high floor request, and never asked us how our stay was (or I would have mentioned the pool).
This hotel is a tiny boutique hotel that offers more intimate connectivity and amazing service and food. It is located in the middle of town and not by a bunch of chains. It is the smallest Hilton property I have ever stayed at, but the most amazing. Next time I am in Little Rock I will stay here again. Couldnt ask for a better place to stay. Intimate, Comfy and Excellent
From the time you arrive, you are transported into a different place and time. The employees are very friendly and the hotel is beautiful! The decor and design of the rooms are divine. I must also say that the food at the restaurant is wonderful.
I normally do not do reviews, however, I know what it’s like to try to find a hotel and wonder if it’s where one would want to stay. TRUST me. The Burgundy Hotel (Hilton), is the best place to stay. The rooms are roomy, very very clean, and the Bed is so comfortable (best sleep), and normally at hotels the Pillows you fight with (too soft, not fair enough), but NOT at this hotel, they were the BEST.
The bed is sooo comfortable!! The staff was so nice and accommodating! Very close to a couple of restaurants within walking distance. Outside of downtown Little Rock so it’s not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle
Everyone at the front desk was friendly and very helpful.. Table 28 is a very great experience. Kris with a K was the best waiter. Loved the shampoo, conditioner and lotion that was in the room. Clean rooms, comfy pillows and beds.
Idk where to start! I had SUCH a great stay. I was here for 21 days - the staff made me feel like family. I had several issues come up with my room & they helped immediately. All going above & beyond. You would think it’s super noisy bc of the open nature of the hotel, but it isn’t. The most noise I heard was from kids or occasionally from people’s plates while dining. I could also hear some jibjab in the neighboring room when a new check in arrived. If that noise bothers you, maybe ask for a room not above the restaurant. They have 2 spots onsite to eat, one for breakfast (can’t remember the name) & one for dinner (Table 28). I only ate at Table 28, and it was great. Also within walking distance of several other restaurants & coffee spots.
This was my very first day at a tapestry hotel and it was a pleasant and memorable one. The bed was comfortable and the food was fantastic. I was even impressed with the management, Mia Hyman, and her boss the owner. Special thanks to her and her team. I will definitely be back if I’m ever in Little Rock and look forward to spending time there again. I also highly recommend those who are in the rock to experience The Burgundy! Cheers!
