I only stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting Zion National Park. Upon arrival the lady at reception had no clue who we were and wasn't aware we were scheduled to check in. It wasn't really a problem as most of the motel appeared to be empty so we got a room no problem. I know motels are budget but...

We stayed here during our three day trip to Utah national park and we just needed and over night stay for reasonable price. This place was just what we needed. Wifi was good, breakfast was ok. Had a little chat with the new owners and they seem to be excited about their new hotel and had plans to renovate, which...

We drove in last Thursday before labor day weekend. Got a king room for 65 (73 after tax). Room is bit old fashion but very clean, no smoking small (huge plus), shower is good. Has a fridge and a microwave is a bonus. Overall, pretty happy about this stay,

We required a place to crash for couple of nights. This was one of the options reasonably priced compared to other properties. Clean Rooms - Check Working appliances (Microwave/mini fridge) - check Power AC - Check Hot/Cold water & Pressure - Check Advertised breakfast - Uncheck. free Wifi and speed - Check and check I must add - our expectations...

I read most of the reviews online and would have to say that most are accurate except for those few that are ultra negative.. I travel extensively throughout the US and internationally and occasionally stay at vintage hotel properties like this one in convenient downtown locations with very attractive pricing. This is not a Hilton or Hyatt Regency hotel.. it...

Don't be fooled by the picture. The room looks nothing like it. First it is a very old motel and it shows. Our room was on the second floor. They tried to use indoor outdoor carpet to cover the decrepit walk way, first bad sign. We opened our room and a wafting aroma filled our nostrils and it wasn't a...

Old property, could use some renovations. But basically clean, roomy and decent priced compared to others in area. Internet worked no problems, breakfast was ok (greasy donuts). Old style room, ac had few issues getting going but overall was clean room with NO BUGS and everything worked. I would stay again if needed. Owner needs to work on his English...

This disgusting hovel should be condemned. It is quite literally falling apart structurally. Everywhere is disgusting, bathrooms were grubby with discolored and peeling anti slip tape in the tub, the grout was black. The towels are see through. House keeping is absent to any degree. A dirty old sock was in the corner of the room (it will still probably...

If you're looking for a clean place to sleep for a reasonable price, this is it. Older property that needs some outside care, but inside looks better. Help yourself breakfast was a little lacking. Good location.

Plusses and minuses-- price was the best around for this time of year. Internet worked alright, though it bumped us off several times if we weren't actively using it. Weirdest thing was the wet carpet. WHY? I thought I'd seen a review that mentioned wet carpet, but since that review was months ago I thought it wouldn't be a problem....
