My husband and I stayed there over the weekend. It was a birthday getaway from my husband to me. Having kids, we went through a lot of effort to find babysitting to get away. Despite the reviews, we have always been happy there. After using the jacuzzi, there was a black film on the tub due to improper cleaning. We... More

Gross factor at all time high. Old and nothing updated. Meanest night desk lady EVER! Crummy "continental" breakfast. Tiles falling off counter. Chair stained with who knows what. Did I say they are mean and grouchy? Run as fast as you can!

Came to town for the mystery dinner train. Always stay at B&B's or Inns. Listen to the reviews for this place. Absolutely the worst I've ever stayed in. The desk clerk was far from pleasant to everyone. She answered the phone several times and not once looked up to even say just a minute. Were told by the manager when... More

My wife and I just spent a night there two nights ago and now I have over 30 welts from bed bug bites. Don't stay there. We made the mistake of not reviewing hotels in this area and stopped for the night on our way to vist the Gettysburg battlefield. Instincts told me not to stay but, honestly, I've stayed... More

My daughter and I went for a mother's day weekend on 05/10 and 5/11/13. We walked into a nightmare. We pre-rented the Reagan Executive Suite. When we arrived we noticed the rug all torn up. We noticed a throw cover on the cushions on the love seat. When I pulled it back, there was a huge Stain and Burn holes.... More

I was worried about what our trip might have in store for us, after reading some of the reviews on here. The people at the front desk were pleasant. I can see how one of the women could be read as unfriendly, but there was another woman who was very nice. The restaurant manager, who also helped us with the... More

This is one of my favorite inns of all time. The staff is so kind and the rooms are clean. There are cottages, rooms, and suites. All the rooms have special names related to Presidents and journalism. The breakfast is good. The price is reasonable and its truly a cozy inn. It is so close to Gettysburg.

My husband and I booked the Reagan Cottage for two nights to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. The problems began as we checked in. I approached the front desk and stated I had a reservation. The woman at the front desk snapped at me and said "for what"? I stood there dumbfounded. After 10 minutes I left the lobby with... More

My fiancé and I stayed here at the cozy spur of the moment one night. The buffet was terrible and after 2 calls to the front desk about no hot water for the jacuzzi still nothing!!! The price for the room was great but the service is below average. If u ever stay here DON'T pay the extra money for... More
