We always stay here when we come to NYC and it never disappoints. Great for the price and close to the subway. There is a late night frozen yogurt shop nearby which we can visit after a night at the theater.

I stayed for 3 nights at the end of November. The hotel is well placed to walk or get the subway to the sights. The first night I didn't get a wink of sleep due to the noise from people in the busy street. Car horns were going all thro the night. About 3am the bin wagons started. I was... More

This hotel is really central to everything. The Empire State Building around one corner and Macys around the other! Times Square, Broadway and the Rockerfella center just 10 mins walk. The hotel itself is lovely and clean and the staff are really friendly and helpful. A must is to go up to the rooftop terrace when it's dark, the view... More

We only stayed here for one night, but it was great!! The staff was wonderful (and even offered us some free hockey tickets they had for that night), the room was clean and quite spacious and it was quiet in the morning so we could sleep in a bit. We had a blast hanging out on the rooftop bar and... More

I've reviewed this hotel multiple times and conclude the same thing: location cannot be beat and I keep seeing the same workers over the past 12 years!!! Even the bell man is the same guy and I appreciate business owners that retain the same front desk staff and other staff. Not only is the location prime (got all my Black... More

Another landmark hotel on 32nd (besides the Radisson). Good wifi, handsome modern lobby, smallish but functional rooms, good bedding, quiet enough. I love this location near Herald square and walking distance from Penn station.

Stayed for one night with my wife. Very clean and great price for the midtown location. Small but sufficient room. Thin walls - sounded very loud when doors nearby opened and closed but it didn't bother us. Tons of great food nearby. Highly recommended for a short stay in the city. Breakfast was included and sufficient - bagels, donuts, cereal,... More

It's not a 5 Star resort but at the price I paid I was not expecting much but it's a great hotel in a super location 6 or 7 mins from Penn Station. The breakfast offerings were more that satisfactory and the room was clean and plenty big enough for our needs. The two lifts were speedy enough and there... More

Coming off a cruise,we checked in for two nights - good value! Centrally located, this revamped old hotel (built in 1902) has been taken on as a La Quinta property. As La Quinta frequenters when we travel by car, we were pleased to find the same level of service and quality but in a unique hotel. Very helpful staff -... More

Flights were changed so booked in to this hotel for 1 night before moving on. Pleasant and quick check in. Room ok bit dark even with lights on, needed to put torch on phone to sort the safe out. Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
