The Evelyn Hotel blends timeless style and avant-garde glam for an authentically New York City hotel experience. Set in the NoMad neighborhood, formerly historic Tin Pan Alley - the city's Jazz Age music epicenter – the hotel features a recently enhanced lobby experience and three exceptional dining concepts by Chef Jonathan Benno. Feel at home in beautifully remodeled accommodations with luxurious comforts like Frette linens, bath amenities by Five Wits and bathrooms with heated floors and custom vanities with marble sinks. Vintage touches including musically-inspired accents and antique-style furnishings create a nostalgic experience in the heart of Manhattan's NoMad district, walking distance to Midtown, Union Square, NYU and Greenwich Village.

We had the MOST pleasant stay at The Evelyn in October 2021. Excellent front desk service, a beautiful lobby that smells delicious, and the room was perfect for our week long stay that was our first time in NYC. We came for our honeymoon and we’re greeted with a sweet note, some baked goods and a bottle of Prosecco! Small room, but perfectly adequate. We looked down onto E 27th street from the 9th floor and there was a fair amount of street noise but you drown it out and we slept fine. It’s clear the hotel was recently renovated because everything feels very new and clean. Excellent housekeeping service every day. The free breakfast every day from Leonelli’s was a game changer, it made it so we could quickly grab coffee and breakfast sandwiches and be on with our day! One small critique is our shower door didn’t close completely, so you couldn’t use the rainfall shower head or it would flood the bathroom floor. The location of this hotel was perfect for NYC first timers. We were able to walk to Greenwich and the West Village, down to Soho, and up to Central Park. We felt that it was very central, and a safe neighborhood to stay. With a beautiful view of the Empire State Building from right outside the hotel! We will recommend The Evelyn for our friends visiting NYC! Thanks!

Richard K, Thank you for your glowing review! 2020 was quite the year, but grateful for the small things like Leonelli's coffee and pastries to make life a little sweeter. We can't wait to have you back in our care the next time you're in the New York City area! -De'Marcus

I stayed at the Evelyn for a quick weekend away for a friend's wedding. The location was perfect for all wedding-related events and it was wonderful to just walk around and explore. Since I didn't have much time, I did most of my shopping online and sent it to the hotel. The staff was super patient and helpful with me trying to locate a "missing" package that had supposedly arrived on a Friday. We tried everything, even looking as security footage, but it just wasn't there. Turns out that package arrived 5 days after it said it was delivered. I had no idea this was even a thing, but according to Amazon FAQ, it can happen. Anyway, it was inconvenient that I didn't get my package, but the staff were attentive all throughout.
