This hotel is sister hotel of Bentley Hotel and they always do overbooking and send guests to Bentley, which is in a diffrent area if you wanna stay around gramercy. They fool guests as a regular job. So unfair and ugly!

DO NOT STAY HERE. It's being temporarily used as a homeless shelter and not a hotel. They won't let you know until a few days before that your reservation has been cancelled. Front desk isn't accommodating at all.

This hotel is being used as a homeless shelter right now. If you book a reservation, they will cancel your reservation a few days before you're scheduled to arrive, and will instead offer you a stay at their sister hotel (in a much more inconvenient area) to still get your business, since you won't have time to book another room.

The staff Danielle, Said, and Mohammad were very nice and friendly. Location was very close to most places we wanted to visit the subway station was closed too, makes our visit to places so easy. The hotel was clean and cozy. Our room had very nice view.

We were due to stay at the hotel between 18th July 2022 through to 25th July 2022, and days prior to us staying we got a notification via booking,com that our reservation was cancelled. We were given no reason. I tried to get in touch with the hotel by calling their reservation line, and was then advised to call through to the hotel directly. I tried calling the hotel, but couldn't get through. They did move us to a sister hotel which was on the Upper East side, but had terrible reviews. We managed to find another hotel (Westgate Grand Central New York) to stay at, which was gorgeous, and we cancelled the transfer. We had booked the hotel in November 2021, so they did have ample opportunity to cancel the reservation, they just decided to do it a few days before we were due to arrive. I find it very poor service to cancel a persons reservation days before they are due to stay. I wouldn't book this hotel again, in fear that the same thing would happen.…

I walked by the hotel to see what was going on since my reservation was canceled, without giving me a reason, just a few days before I was scheduled to arrive. A woman walking in informed me that it is currently being used as a homeless shelter.

This cute hotel is in a great location with lots to do and eat nearby. The staff were especially wonderful and courteous. Very clean and highly recommended especially for the price. Will be looking forward to our next stay!

The room was very spacious for the city. We had the corner room with a great view of the area. There were many good bars and restaurants in the area. The front desk was very professional and welcoming. The bathroom and floors were very clean. I would recommend anyone looking for a hotel in the Gramercy Area to stay here.

I was a little worried after reading the reviews on here, however the hotel was great! Rooms aren’t huge but that is standard for New York. Everything is clean, staff are friendly and the location is perfect. The only thing which was a shame was no access to coffee in the hotel but that was minor. 100% recommend and would stay again!
