when we returned to our room we found that the door was opened we went down stairs to get help and nobody was willing to help us we had to go back upstairs after an hour of waitng and assess the room are self
From the very beginning of our stay at the HGITS we were treated with 5 star service. From the friendly and helpful concierge to the attentive efficient professional front desk staff. Romin in particular was extraordinary. The room was actually larger than I expected, with a nice view of the city skyline. The room was clean and properly maintained, the bathroom as well. Unfortunately we were unable to wake up in time to take advantage of the free breakfast but did receive complementary waters for each night of our stay. The prime location, within walking distance to dining and theater options was the icing on the cake. I have no doubt about where to stay on my next visit to the city, and neither should you.
Really bad stay, please so not book manager is terrible and communication is very bad I have emailed multiple times afterwards and I still haven't received an email back from them regarding my concerns
We were here just before the Covid outbreak and could not have asked for nicer service, despite the worry that everyone was having. We had travelled from London and although we were a little anxious, it turns out that the City was quiet and the hotel teams really willing to share local knowledge and recommendations. Room was fine, clean and well maintained. Would recommend and would go back!
stayed here right before the Corona closed everything. Walked from train station; walked to Times Square and Central Park. The hotel is not new but was clean and had everything we needed. Also good value for NYC. We did not eat here. Would definitely come back.
