The hotel was being renovated when i stayed there which led to a few services being non-operational. But all in all a pleasant experience. The weather was pleasant for a perfect business trip and the rooms were comfortable.
Would like to say we had a 5 night break at this hotel what a wonderful hotel all the staff were very friendly helpful made to feel very welcome room was lovely spotlessly clean warm not to hot .didn't want to leave yesterday .keep up the good work .
I don't mind have fancy hotels we just wanted somewhere to sleep. the room was small and that's ok. The whole hotel smelled like weed, we were intimidated by the staff, the pipes made noise all the night and the mattress was horrible. It was a very good location though and a good price, but really should have been lower for what we got.
Amazing staff, friendly and helpful from check in to check out. Bring back the single bedroom suites with full living room. Two beds were too much for my interests. Standard King felt very small no room to move around
Remodeling was underway when we stayed here, and covid-19 was in place so some services and perks were lacking, however, staff was helpful and the location can't be beat! If you want to be near Central Park, Time Square, or Carnegie Hall this is the place to be. Plus, there is a great grocery store called called Morton Williams Market, that is open 24-hours a day, only half a block away, and has an exceptional grocery selections as well as deli and deserts, which is such a nice amenity to have when you are staying in the Big City.
