Great location; beautiful views. Great staff but poor internet service. Only thing missing is a reasonable restaurant which serves breakfast lunch and dinner. Beautiful rooms. Clean facilities and cure little bar.

Once again, my stay at the Bentley was a key element in my successful business trip to New York. Convenient location, friendliness of staff, and accommodations were first rate. I am already planning to book my room for my next trip to New York.

I was impressed by the design of the rooms and the view from the 15th floor was absolutely beautiful with the Ed Koch Queensboro Bridge directly in sight. However, there were only a few things that I would critique. They supply a keurig, but you have to pay $2 per keg cup you use-which should be free. Also, the wifi...

Except for the lack of good retail and restaurants in the neighborhood, I would have enjoyed my stay. The room (1511) had a fantastic view and was amazingly quiet. The expensive wifi charge only applies to two device per account. That was a bit off putting.

Great location and a well decorated lobby and rooms. The bed was very comfortable and I was able to control the temperature of the room to suit my need for very cool sleeping. The staff was so accommodating and friendly except one of the front desk staff. I would definitely stay here again!

For a NYC hotel, Bentley was surprisingly good: friendly service, good-sized room, minifridge, tolerable furniture, reasonable price (for NYC). If you need an upper-east-side hotel, it's worthy of consideration.

I booked 3 rooms for a family group. The staff was both friendly and accommodating, especially Jason and Elvina The rooms were spacious with nice city views. They have a lobby bar, good drinks, nice bartender. The on.y downside was the Prime restaurant, which is not owned by the hotel. When we arrived, the hostess was extremely rude and snippy....

Staying in Upper East Side

Neighborhood Profile
Upper East Side
Combining quiet residential neighborhoods that have easy access to Central Park with world-famous cultural institutions, the Upper East Side is one of the most livable places in the city. Along beautiful Fifth Avenue, you’ll find Museum Mile, which houses many of the nation's most famous attractions in a single stretch, like The Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Guggenheim Museum. Walk a few blocks into the neighborhood, and you’ll come to Park Avenue, the poshest address in the city, lined with grand apartment buildings as far as the eye can see. Even if you can’t afford the luxury goods along Madison Avenue, it’s still a great spot to window shop an afternoon away.
