Due to Covid situation, the hotel cancelled our booking. They also don't give a refund as they claim that they are waiting for upper management approval to give refund. 2 Months after our planned stay, we are still waiting to get our money back. Multiple reminder send but standard reply already 4-5 times. Unacceptable how they threat their visitors.

I live in the area and have had friends and family stay here before. Today I sat on their little bench area and they came out and asked me to leave. But there is a white woman sitting there as well and she was on asked to leave. I am Indian. And an epidemiologist with three grad degrees. Seriously people? Learn to distinguish between regular people and vagrants. In 2020, after all the racial tensions, and given there is a pandemic and your business is likely hurting, learn to be smarter. My friends and family will not be staying there any more.

I came here because I needed to stay close to Sloan Kettering. I am my fathers bone marrow transplant donor and am having the stem cell extraction tomorrow. I cannot believe this is 4 stars. The fridge won’t work and their solution is for me to give them my injections so they can keep them cold, no thanks. The windows won’t open, there is no view at all. There are no usb charging stations to use either. As for this being on the upper east side, I expected a lot more for over 200.00 a night and a 4 star hotel. I’ve stayed in motels nicer than this
