So disappointed with this hotel! I booked a city view room. Upon arriving to my room I realized the blinds didn’t open. They weren’t functioning and were being held together by zip ties. I asked to be changed to another room. They didn’t have anything similar but “upgraded” me to another room. On a lower floor with a view of buildings. Everything is outdated and disgusting. Had to leave the water running for 20 min to get hot water. Stains all over the curtains. I would never stay here. Please see the photos of the “upgraded room”. The best thing about this place is Shantel at the front desk. She was very kind and tried helping as best she could.

Booked a room here for one night, cost aroudn $440. This included a "residence fee" which seems like a sleazy way to increasing the cost of the room after the fact. This hotel was closed during the pandemic and ostensibly underwent a multi-million dollar renovation. The halls had new wallpaper and carpets, but it looks like the rooms were an afterthought. Our room had torn carpets, peeling wallpaper, non-working electrical outlets, a crack in the toilet, water stained valences, peeling paint on the doors, and mildew stains on the ceiling. Definitely not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel which had undergone a renovation. The location may be convenient for my travels to the UES, but I would not stay here again.

Shabby, noisy and broken. Don't stay here. The wifi didn't work. The TV didn't work. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. The furnishings were stained and damaged. There was scaffolding at the windows with works outside. The toiletries were basic / bad. The one bottle of water was not replenished. The cost of all of this? Over $800 / night. Again: do not stay here.

Nice hotel and the staff were friendly. Comfortable king bed, solid views of bridge, bit of a walk to subway and restaurants. Would have been nicer if there was a restaurant and bar in actual hotel. Appreciate the complimentary bottled water.

I was staying Bentley hotel for a night with my husband, and it was an enjoyable experience. we stayed on the 20th floor which has the best bridge view. we lifted all the shades of the window and had glasses of wine. it was close enough with F lines. There is Trader Joe's and TJ MAXX's nearby along with good restaurants. will come back for this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for several days; upon arrival we were given a room on the 20 floor with fantastic views across Manhattan/ New York. However, that is the best feature we encountered. The air conditioning when you turn it on sounds like a jet engine and is quite loud so you can’t leave it on whilst sleeping ( unless your a heavy sleeper) . The noise from the traffic outside is constant and can be heard through the windows ( which is surprising as I’d have thought they would have had good sound resistant glass being in a major city centre ) and boy do those New Yorkers love to honk their horns which is once again constant and very irritating when your trying to sleep. There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room which is a shame as we would have liked a brew when we returned to our room. The room was clean although the WHB plug didn’t work and we had a bath / shower which was good and had plenty of power and hot water. The hotel staff are pleasant and very helpful. The fantastic views on the 20th floor are great but we found the traffic noise, honking horns continually a bit too much trying to get some sleep ; maybe with some good sound resistant glazing to dampen the noise outside we would return . It’s one of those points when you have a hotel in the middle of the city close to attractions would you accept the traffic noise for the views and it’s location.

My son & I stayed in the Bentley Hotel,New York, last month for 4 nights. Having read some bad reviews, after booking, I was a little worried. But we enjoyed our stay. Staff on reception were very welcoming & helpful. Our pillows were all changed to foam from feather on our request , immediately. Our room was fine, maybe a better view would have been nice, but room & bathroom were clean. The bed was so comfortable,I slept very well. We had maid service every day with change of towels & toiletries in bathroom.. I loved the mug of tea ,my son got free in reception ,every morning. If I am lucky enough to ever return to New York,I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The first room we were in the blinds did not open so we changed rooms and got down graded to one window without a river view. We noticed after we returned to our room in the evening that the bathtub plug did not work. There was one wash cloth for two people. There were three pillows for two people the mirror was very dirty. There was not a top sheet on the bed or blankets just a comforter... no coffee maker in the room and it was very noisy, doors slamming early in the morning the air conditioner sounded like a jet engine when it came on which occurred all night long... would not recommend. No manager on duty to speak with upon check out.
