Came to New York to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday. Our whole family stayed here, including my 3 sisters, my brother, and my parents. Overall, the stay was very pleasant. The staff were very accommodating. We booked a one bedroom suite which was spacious enough for me, my husband and 2 girls. The rooms were relatively quiet, with only a...

We alsways enjoy this hotel. It has a comfortable old world feel, but is always clean and has everything we want. The staff can't do enough for you. The attached restaurant, Nice Matin, is wonderful, one of our favorite New York restaurants.

We have stayed many times at the Lucerne. It is quiet and comfortable and we have always been well treated there. It's location is perfect for us- across the park from the Metropolitan Museum of Art. We will stay there again the next time we visit New York.

Nice rooms, great location, excellent service. (7 Year-old loved it, too!) Held our baggage for the day while we went to the museums after check-out. Great location if you have someone local who needs to pick you up in the city. The room was a beautiful "New York-sized room." Will stay here again next time we visit the city!!

This hotel is in a great spot on the upper west side on 79th Street. It is a one minute walk to the Number 1 of the subway which takes you downtown to Times Square etc. This area is considered a neighbourhood and has great restaurants away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square. The room we had was...

My family which included my 5 month old grandchild had to leave our accomodations at another location after an encounter with multiple roaches. The Lucerne Hotel worked to accomodate our family with little notice, getting us a reasonably priced suite. The suite was magnificent with an enormous bedroom and a small sitting room. Although they could have raised the rate...
