Good location, room are average, staff is average. Not what you expect after paying 400 dollars for a night. Arrival was average, we had to find room ourselves. No one was there to guide us. Breakfast was terrible

We was in this Hotel in July 2016 with our family. We value the excellent attention in all the areas of the hotel, but highlight the professionalism and warmth of Siobhan Delaney, Michelle Sansiveri and Jefferson Pineda and who made our stay more enjoyable.

The hotel is absolutely fabulous! Our suite had a king size bedroom with a separate large living area that was beautifully appointed with comfortable sofas and chairs. The bathroom was a nice size. The staff was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. We had room service for breakfast and it was delivered promptly and the table was lovely. If you want... More

The Waldorf Astoria and the staff provided my Friends a Outstanding time. They enjoyed the service and the spa and the food was outstanding! They had a wonderful time and I like to thank the Staff and want to mention some names who helped achieve this. I am stationed in Afghanistan and couldn't make this possible without their Outstanding Service!... More

My wife and two daughters spent 4 nights at the Waldorf Towers August 17 to 21 2016. My daughter turned 15 on the trip. We were treated extremely well and had all of our expectations exceeded! Siobhan Delaney, the executive director, upon discovering that our daughter was celebrating her birthday arranged for a beautiful flower and note to be waiting... More

We have just spent probably the best 5 days we've ever had in a hotel. The Towers at the Walforf are truly stunning. Everyone knows the location is perfect - almost everywhere is walkable from here but the hotel itself comes pretty close to perfect. From the really genuine welcome at check in, to the chat with Paul about cricket... More

We're sitting in Peacock Alley. Half an hour to wait for our taxi back to JFK and England. We stayed at the main Waldorf Hotel last August. But this time we treated ourselves to a one bedroomed suite at The Towers. Check in was seamless. Monica even showed us to our suite and its amenities. I was speechless. Never ever... More

Great location, close to everything. Less than $10 cab from Penn station. The facade has been scaffolded for years and it is still covered by scaffolding which is a bit disappointing. Tower has its own private entry, on the small side but intimate. We booked the cheapest tower room but it was still huge and very classy. Old but not... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
