Great location, clean rooms, great amenities, amazing service. We really enjoyed the stay; the staff was friendly and courteous, going above and beyond to make us happy with our experience. The manager was open to special request(s) and accommodating, thank you!
Everyone treated us as if we were their special guest. Two of the bellmen (Sam and George) could not do enough to make our visit there exceptional. Recommend staying there if you can get a reservation. Friendly, helpful and they all went out of their way to make sure we were happy.
We stayed four nights. We paid for a Park View room but the 5th floor does not give you much of a view. The room was nice as was the bathroom although it was small. We did not use the restaurant for dinner or breakfast as there are numerous other options close by. The surrounding area however has really gone downhill over the last 9 years. The smell of drugs and urine is at times, overpowering. The homeless were in a dreadful condition and there were so many of them. Times Square was intimidating and scary at night and not much better during the day. I will not return again.
Booked the delux room as apparently you get views over Central Park and the room is a little larger than the superior rooms. The room was on such a low level that there was no view overlooking Central Park, when I addressed this problem I was informed they had an important guest so floors had been closed off. The bathroom was hideously small, overall not what we expected. I normally stay at the langham who’s rooms are very spacious, with walk in closets and a huge bathroom. In future I will definitely be going back to the langham On a plus side the staff are very friendly.
We did a lot of research on new york hotels and I am so glad we booked this one. The location is great, we had a one-bedroom suite that suited 3 people perfectly, my only gripe is I felt the bathroom was a little tight but it had everything one needed. The kitchen area is lovely not that we really used it but again it has everything you need and all appliances are high-end. The staff was really lovely and housekeeping is done twice daily and is excellent. We loved coming home in the evening to our little treats and a lovely clean room, this means a lot in today's environment. The on-site restaurant Nougatine is excellent we used it every day for breakfast and had lunch on our last day and it was lovely, the service is really good and the food is top quality. This hotel is on high-end,price-wise, but you get what you pay for. We left feeling very well looked after and will return.…
Absolutely loved this hotel. Staff fantastic, food excellent, everything faultless. Had a suite with perfect views, one side was the strip, the other side the desert/top of the canyon. Will definitely be going back
This is the second time we have stayed at the hotel. The location is great but the service is what makes it special. The staff turnover seems to very low with familiar faces from our last visit three years ago. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they anticipate your every need. I have not experienced better service in any hotel anywhere in the world.
A fantastic stay . We had a 10th floor corner suite and the view overlooking Central Park was to die for. The concierge (Franklyn) went above and beyond to get us booking when we came without anything pre-booked. The whole team at the hotel were excellent. Overall a 5 star experience throughout. Will definitely visit again.
The hotel location couldn’t be better, the room was gorgeous, spacious and sparkly clean ( crucial! ) but mostly of all, the caring and devoted attention of Ana Schuetz and the entire team I had contact with, made me really feel like home away from home, extremely professional, yet so personal and warm.
If you are thinking of visiting NY, be sure to contact a very special professional there. Her name is Ana Schuetz, Director of Sales at the Trump Hotel located at 1 Central Park West. She will make wonderful recommendations and make sure your stay is the best experience possible. The hotel itself is fantastic. The location is incredible, the good taste, comfort and service are impeccable. In addition to the fact that one is always greeted with smiles and joy, which makes all the difference in your trip whether for pleasure or work.
