A friend and I went to this hotel to stay overnight in NYC after a concert on Circle Line Cruise, We chose it mostly based on the closeness to the pier where the Circle line was leaving from. It was walking distance to the pier....More
Third time we stayed here, perfect location for the money. They filmed an episode of the black list while we were there, that was cool. Location is great with a police station across the street. Only problem is they are tearing it down in 6...More
We stayed at the Travel Inn and we found that the staff were friendly and helpful. Room was pretty well kept, bathroom was a little small. We got stuck in the elevator, the got us out in about 40 minutes, and gave us a discount...More
Please don't listen to the negative reviews. This is a great place if on a budget. Only 3 blocks form Times Square. Very clean. Awesome maintenance and maid crew. The only downfall is that the workers at the front desk are unsociable.

This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the
affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.

We don't have any homeless people staying in the hotel. We have two buildings. One of these buildings is housing single women with children while they await there permanent housing apartments provided by the city. These individuals are not homeless, they are simply in transition from one apartment to another. All of our guests are occupying rooms located adjacent to this building. If you are still uncomfortable with this, please feel free to contact property directly or your booking agent to modify your reservation. We will be happy to refund anything you have paid. We hope you will choose to stay with us in the fall.
