I stayed there for two nites. Internet with Wifi seems to be in best quality but it took me some time to put my ID. I was supposed to put my family name as ID but i could not be connected with my surname 'Park". I tried 'Ki" or "Kisik" in many other combination but only to fail again. That;'s...

Uncomfortable beds (mine sagged considerably). Shabby look and feel. Hotel forces you to pay a $35 resort fee even if you don't use the facilities (pool, fitness). No room service when you most need it

Everything about this hotel is perfect. Let us start with the great staff. I will give extra credit to the front desk and a lady named Yahaira. The location is the best in the city. A nice lobby coffee bar. The room was perfect.

Polite and efficient staff. Computers went down during registration and the staff smoothly handled the problem with minimal delay. Giving excellent rating in all categories. Particularly, the quality for the value is outstanding.

We were surprised that it was only a little bit more money for a junior suite with full views of the park compared to the city view option with no...

The park lane has a lot going for it - a great location, a dining room that overlooks central park, great and accommodating wait staff in the dining room, a reasonable price. It is pulling itself together and needs to be still sharper i.e. At 5:45 a.m. I decided to call them from my room on the 42nd floor to...

You will love position of this hotel next to Central Park. We had city view first few nights. Than we changed Park view and that was really perfect experience with morning views from high floors to Central park. Park side is a bit louder, but it's up to you what you prefer. It's not luxury hotel so do not expect...

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
