I stay in this Hotel during my visit to New York. The Hotel location is great. it is walking distance to Time Square and Empire state building. I didn't try Hotel restaurants since I have more options nearby. It is good choice if you are visiting NY downtown

Excellent customer service provided by Zoilo and Andrew in upgrading our room at no additional charge. We were given a room on the 13th floor which did not bode well since I am superstitious so they gave us a dark room on the 6th floor overlooking a barbed wire roof and brick walls. Zoilo, saw the look of disappointment on...

I was recently a guest at this hotel which hosted our family reunion. The accommodations were comfortable and clean. The front desk clerk generously offered to upgrade my room to a junior suite and it was very good for our family. The hotel bar is right off the street and we enjoyed food and cocktails there. I would recommend this...

Awful, small, pokey room for 4 people, one small window looking out onto other rooms at the back. Couldn't even store or unpack our luggage, in fact there wasn't really any room for the 4 cases! Bathroom also tiny, no window, no extractor fan...air con loud but helped to drown out the noise outside which was also very loud even...

Big room (see photo). Clean. Finishes are dated and in need of replacement. Air conditioner was in the living room so the bedroom door had to be open to keep it cool. Great location across from Penn Station. Service was great. This is a great value and would be good for a family weekend.

Neighborhood Profile
Chelsea
Home to hundreds of art galleries, beautiful brownstones, and one of New York’s newest and most popular attractions, Chelsea is one of the city’s jewels when it comes to neighborhood life. The contemporary art scene is an integral part of the neighborhood’s identity, with gallery openings almost every night of the week and countless exhibits to explore. As a longtime hub of gay culture in New York City, it’s also a diverse district with a vibrant nightlife scene. The opening of the High Line, an abandoned elevated train track transformed into a world-class pedestrian park, gave this neighborhood new life as a tourist destination.
