As a VIP I had the best stay at the Sheraton. The VIP lounge and complimentary breakfast was excellent. Staff was great. Room was very clean. Both times I stayed at the Sheraton, checkin went extremely well and efficiently. Location of hotel is on point! I will definitely stay at the Sheraton on my next trip to New York.

I was able to check in and store my luggage until regular check in time and had it delivered to my room...very neat, clean, modern and quiet for the most part...but I could hear what sounded like a large party far away and there was nothing outside my window or noise in the hallway...it didn't stop me from sleeping... Was there for a union meeting and found the front desk efficient, the food okay and the room very comfortable and well located. My only complaint was not being able to get an adult beverage at the lobby bar until after 3:30 pm and then at night at the hotel bar one bar tender was very nice and helpful while...

My husband and I came in for our anniversary. Check-in was fine our room was nice. We had a view of the city from the 47th floor. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were Modron. We did not eat at the hotel or go to the bar we decided to explore the city.

A very great hotel luxurious and modern, i hope to return because it' clean and the staff is hearty...situated in the middle of Times Square and it's really easy to move. Inside the hotel you can find Starbucks and Pandora's store. I love this hotel!!!

I stayed here with my boyfriend in April, it was our first visit to NYC and I loved every minute of it! The hotels location was spot on, it was a minute walk to Times Square. Our room was incredibly spacious and clean towels were provided everyday. Staff on reception were extremely helpful and answered all our questions without hesitation....

Joy at the front desk was the best part of this hotel, she was so friendly, accommodating and made you feel like family. The Sheraton is lucky to have her on staff. The hotel has a nice location, that is a plus to this place. The room is fairly nice, but you would expect a lot more for what you...

The hotel is akin to a railway station, vast, impersonal and not to be visited. This is the worst hotel we have stayed at. We traveled Virgin Air which was excellent. It was comfortable, the crew were polite, the food was better than BA and I would not hesitate to recommend it. The staff at the check in at the...

I've stayed in various hotels in New York and never encountered such a crowded, frenetic lobby like this one. At any time of day there were lines for registration and concierge. Close to the Park (near the zoo), Columbus Circle, Times Square. Great "home base" for a weekend trip. Room was fine, typical for NY hotel. not luxurious, bathroom a...

The hotel is a bit manic there are always hundreds of people in the lobby. Getting through can be a struggle. However the hotel is very well placed for tourists in New York. Ask for a higher floor room to avoid the worst of the noise. There are tea and coffee making facilities in room. As is normal in the...

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
