This hotel is right in the center of everything! The room was very large compared to regular NYC rooms. We were on 8th floor and didn't hear noise from the street. Close to subway. Very nice hotel, will return !

We have stayed at this hotel four times before and was always very impressed with it. The only good thing about the hotel now is the location, right in the heart of times square. On arrival to the hotel, when you enter reception there is no greeting from the receptionists, no welcome to our hotel, have you stayed before or...

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to Penn Station. I will definitely stay there again because it is fabulous! The customer service begins before you get there when their Guest Relations Director, Justin, emails you and asks for any special accommodations you may require. The room was ready, beautifully decorated (looks like a recent remodel), and the view...

very convenient location, clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, easy valet parking .. Our room was in the back of the hotel, so it was quiet.. don't miss the lounge which offers a wonderful view of Times Square.. highly recommend.

A wonderful place to stay if you want to be close to the hustle of Times Square. A bit noisy. Block out curtains for when you need to sleep and get away from the bright lights of Times Square. Close to all the major shops and restaurants. Rooms are very spacious and nothing beats a comfortable bed like those of...

If you need to be right in the middle of Times Square and don't mind fighting crowds of people every time you step out of the hotel, this hotel is in the perfect spot. It's convenient to theatres and right in the middle of all the action. While I don't care for the noise, the location was such that we...

Very nice hotel with a good location and wonderful view to Times Square from the upper lobby. Good service and comfortable rooms. A little pricey but what isn't in NYC? The breakfast was included in our rate and the selection was excellent. Nice bar service in the evening.

My wife and I were lucky to get tickets to see "Hamilton" on broadway and we decided to stay the night in Manhattan instead of driving home. The Renaissance was less than 2 blocks from the theater so it seemed to be the place to stay. Boy were we ever right! From our first encounter with the registration desk and...

The location of the hotel is fantastic. I booked this through Dream Trips, and I received an excellent rate which included daily breakfast. The employees were all very friendly and we were greeted each time we entered the hotel. The internet speed was great. I would definitely stay here again because I had such a pleasant experience.

We have stayed at this hotel many times before. We travel a lot and are platinum elite members so we stay at A LOT of Marriotts. First I will say this hotel does a nice job closing out the bustle of Times Square. The r lounge is great and the decor is fun. We noticed this time that there was...

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
