After messy up my reservation. Manager, Jeremy Poon came thru with flying colors and saved the day. Thank you. You made our 29th Anniversary a success. I was looking for a comfortable and romantic hotel for our Anniversary night in NYC with Dinner and Theatre. I am so happy I found the Sanctuary. My hubby works in NY and hates...

Very attentive and friendly staff. Rooms are nice and comfy, super-clean and of a good size. Breakfast available! Great location, close to 5th Ave and Rockefeller. Simply nothing to complain! Would always go back.

Room is compact but well maintained and very functional. Roof terrace is worth a visit for an appetizer or after dinner cocktail. Parking validation at hotel for independent garage across the street brought it to $40 for 24h. Continental breakfast was :sufficient" We paid $200/night, in March.

Did not live up to expectations. Elevator sized room with no instructions for TV channels, no menus, no info at all. No USB ports to recharge, and staff couldn't or wouldn't provide an adapter. Never seen such disinterested front desk staff. Room was quiet, except for loud HVAC fan that cycled every 15 minutes all night. Food was good, though...

Great hotel close to Times Square. Staff are super helpful and courteous. We arrived into town right after a snow storm, and were frozen. Extra blankets; at the door in literally two minutes. The hotel was so quiet at night, considering the noise outside. Can't recommend it enough.

Myself and my partner recently stayed here and found the staff to be incredibly helpful and polite. No problem was too small for them to help us with. We checked in, in the early hours and they were just as polite and charming as they were during the day. Hotel room was a decent size with a lovely sized shower...

Took a 24 hour trip to New York with my girlfriend. Our main purpose in going was to see the Book of Mormon at it was super cold so we wanted something in midtown. Just a block off Time Square we were greeted by Andrew the Concierge when we walked in as the receptionist were occupied with other guests. He...

The room was clean but it was small we loved it though and thought it was romantic probably not a hotel I would bring my children to....

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
