Difficult to get a panoramic view as skyscrapers block out panorama but we were able to see Paramount, Bank of America,Chrysler buildings and Hudson easily from our 29th floor window.

I believe 18. I'm not 100% sure but most hotels you have to be 18 with a credit card. I'm sure if u look online it will say. Or call. Enjoy your travels
