Unfortunately, the room that we stayed in didn’t look at all clean. We expected a much better hotel since it is from Hilton. The bathroom had like a pink product all over the bathtub. The room also smelled liked cigarette and the rugs were dirty. The location is great. I just wish the room would have been clean.

Hotel's Favorite
After reading the poor reviews I was going to change to another hotel however kept this because of location so my expectations were low. I booked a "king superior times square view" at a reasonable price to be right in Times Square to walk around. Stayed one night ahead of a cruise I was going on. Don't listen to the poor reviews. I got in really early so obviously my room wasn't ready. I had done the online check in through the app ahead of my arrival. The man at the front desk was great & told me to drop off the luggage & go explore NYC and room would be ready later. .. Dropped off luggage without issue to another polite friendly man. When I returned the fellow at the front desk remembered me & his coworker checked me in ( who was also very pleasant) picked up luggage & proceeded to my room on 46th floor. I expected long wait for elevators due to past reviews , but had no issues. they have separate elevators depending on floor # you were on. About 6 of these go to floors 30+. At night they rope off entrance to elevators and you have to show room key to the security guy as you pass through- a good feeling to know not anybody can just go to. I couldn't believe the size as I've stayed in NYC many times and normally they are the size of a closet, this was spacious, yes a bit dated just as many NYC hotels are however it was clean & I was happy with the room. At night they there is a security guard at the elevators & you show you key as you go by. Checkout was a breeze & again friendly front desk. I would definitely stay again.

If you like to get high with weed or enjoy that smell , then it’s the place to stay but do not plan on taking you children there. Called to ask if I could be transferred to another room on another floor. But was told they are unable to do anything about it. The hallway smelled like weed all night and morning. I woke up at least 3 times to place towels at the bottom of the door so smell would not come in. I was in 17 floor room 1705 to be exact. My family and I was very disappointed. Nice entrance but service is not great and they do not care about family staying there. Made me feel like they just want to make money and that is it. I would never never stay there again for my health’s bday my family we are not smokers and it was very disturbing that they were not willing to change my room. Great location but everything else was not good. Beds are very hard we that is ok but what is not they do not care about safety of their guest not all of us smoke weed or enjoy that smell. I was with 2 minors and that did not matter to whom ever took my call I made to request a different floor.

Came and stayed for three nights in late November 2019, had read the reviews, both good and bad, but decided to give it a go. So glad we did, excellent staff, couldn't be more helpful, explained everything to us before showing us where to go for lifts. Room was very good, 18th floor with a fantastic view. Clean and tidy, couldnt find fault with it. |Bed was lovely and comfy, fresh clean linen, and the room was kept clean by housekeeping every day. looking to book again for Dec 2021, cant wait !!!

This hotel was horrible!!! It’s outdated and has no closet doors, no microwave or refrigerator. You have to pay $35 extra for a fridge. The rooms have a lot of places with rust and the front desk workers have nasty attitudes. I stayed here for my birthday and i regret it. This hotel messed up my birthday weekend. Please spend your money elsewhere. The room is stale and reminds you of a cheap motel you see on tv.
