Location was perfect. At check in Jenny Syeda was very helpful getting rooms for our party of 6 ladies traveling together. 5 stars to Jenny. Location was perfect. Beds were very comfortable and the pillows the best I've ever slept on. Jenny went above and beyond to make our trip extra special. Will definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in NYC.

We loved this hotel! 10/10 recommend this hotel! We stayed on the 16th floor and it was a perfect. We had a super nice pack n play for our baby. They have excellent staff and they’re all super friendly

We stayed here for thanksgiving the lobby is the best part off the hotel from here it’s all down hill our room has stains on the carpet mould in the bath room the room furniture is dated and scratched at best this is no more than a 3 start hotel . And for the sting in the tail you get charges $32 per night for what in unsure they say it’s for the upkeep of the guy mmmmmmm not sure about that but I’ll leave that one up to the readers . If we come back it wouldn’t he to his rundown hotel .

Two star hotel in 5 star location. My family stayed here for two nights during the summer ($400 per night) and it sucked. The AC didn't get cool AND turned off in the middle of the night, the sink counter was cracked with a rusted fixture that was missing a piece, the shower leaked and the drain plug didn't work...they promised me a refrigerator but it never came, etc. When I complained to the manager, George Jacob, he responded immediately and promised a partial refund of ($200), but after months of the run round, he never delivered (he told me I had to go through hotels.com, but when they contacted him, they refused. Hotels.com called me maybe 5X to try to work it out, but George never delivered, even after a crazy number of back-and-forths.) If the manager can't figure out how to refund a small portion of the overall bill, no wonder nothing else gets fixed at this hotel. Go elsewhere--don't stay at a high priced dump in NYC.…

Just back from 7 nights at the Millennium. Absolutely brilliant! Clean, comfortable room, including free WiFi and small fridge. Extremely helpful, friendly staff and all this just a few steps away from Times Square. Superb location! I would come back anytime, and hopefully I will!

The hotel was clean, warm (which is very important in BY winter time). But, first day we arrived we’ve waite from 10am till 4pm for our room to be ready after a 5 hours flight from LA to NY. It’a way of torture and hotels need to fix this problem. And no loby, waiting lounge or even a proper couch to sit and wait. Pleople set on floor and stairs. The situation and scene was desaster and they did nothing.
