Completely overpriced for what they offer!!!!!!!! Do not come here!!!! The motel quality rooms were a huge shock to us since they charge hundreds per day. Service was extremely slow during check in and we had to wait outside in the pouring rain for hours. In addition, the parking was not convenient at all. It cost around $75 to just park for the first time and every day you took your car out of the garage, it's an extra $50. That'll add up to over $400 if you're staying for a week. The food is also quite overpriced. $20 just for a small bowl of oatmeal!! And it took over 30 minutes just for it to get to the table. The only thing good about this hotel is that it is walking distance to Time Square.

Excellent location. Staff was kind of impersonal but we were upgraded to a king superior room without asking. The room was large, very comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed the family friendly rooftop swimming pool and loved the window surroundings on the snowy days of our visit. My teenage son was thrilled by the “Burger Joint” place with the graffiti covered walls and its rather simple burger, but the only nice thing about it in my view, was that as guests we had priority in pick up orders. Would definitely visit again and ask for complimentary upgrade!

Had a lovely stay here and an almost fantastic view of Central Park, however, certain things within the hotel are over slightly over priced compared to similar accommodations close by. I would stay again.

I enjoyed my stay at the Parker. Wonderfully located, I was also lucky enough to have a room on the 22nd floor looking right up Central Park, so I couldn’t have done better really. The hotel far from new, although the large lobby areas have been kept up-to-date, and rather grand really. As for the room, they retain some of the original features, but some of the stone, marble and wood finishes they use, in my opinion, stand the test of time as the quality was good; a little rough around the edges, but comfortable and cosy. American beds are a little soft for my liking, and near the windows it was perhaps a little cold, but no other real complaints. I would have liked to see more conveniently located wall sockets, with some USB chargers perhaps, but these will come in the not-too-distant future I’m sure. Downstairs I didn’t like the feel of the bar/cafe much - distinctly un-cosy; the basement gym was cavernous, and well kitted out, if a little dark and dingy in appearance.

The location was excellent for my busienss trips. Neighborhood had good restuarants and felt safe at night. The fee's were a bit hide, but the gym was solid and no major complaints. Clean room and nice staff. All and all, I'm satisfied.
