Impressive. Staff attentive. Clean! Beautiful and updated. Elevators hard to figure out at first. Wayfinding on conference floors could be better. It was fun to be connected to Grand Central Station, fresh markets, upscale shopping and food/beverage all underground. I look forward to coming back soon!

We stayed for two nights over a long holiday weekend. This hotel was modern with all the best amenities. We were able to check in early, which really saved our day! And being literally steps away from Grand Central Station was not only convenient but so fun. We hopped on the train and went all over the city. The staff...

The staff found out it was my birthday and set us up in a high floor room with great views down 42nd over Grand Central Station. Then one night as we returned to the room this snack/wine tray and a birthday...

Beatiful historic property. Rooms are tiny but nicely furnished and comfortable. No opportunity for a rollaway due to size. Clean and quiet. Awesome shower! Delicious breakfast with great staff. We will return most definitely.

Did not let us know when room was ready after being told an email will be sent. We waited for 8 hours. Was overcharged for services that was not made aware about. When I first booked room the rep had be scheduled for 2018. If I didn't pay attention I would have been out of luck getting to New York

Super convenient to take the subway and train to just about anywhere in the city. Grand Central also offers food choices when it is raining or snowing and you don't feel like walking outside for a quick bite to eat. Spectacular views from our window. Loved the tiny bathroom which allowed extra space in the room. Very helpful concierge. Great...

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
