The title says it all. You will feel like trash your entire stay. I am freezing while writing this review from my room (heat on as high as can be). Tv barely works. Shower and bathroom are filthy. Cracks in walls and ceiling. Just disgusting. I encourage you to layout a lil more for a close by hotel

On returning from 3 nights at the Edison Hotel I felt compelled to write a glowing report. Myself and a friend spent 6th - 9th Dec in a Deluxe Room 708. The room was on the 7th floor at the front of the hotel. The room itself was very large with a kingsize bed (exceptionally comfy), 3 seater sofa &...

Location can't be faulted, a step away from Times Square and if you like walking it is easy to get to Central Park/5th Avenue and we also walked to and from Macy's/Empire State Building. Hotel itself is nice, we had a refurbished room, which was comfortable but the bathroom/shower was still a bit dated - was difficult to control the...

Just after 4 nights in this hotel. 2 nights in a classic room, and then 2 nights in a signature room. To be honest, there wasn't much difference between the rooms so I would book a classic room in future (we had no choice this time as the hotel was fully booked so we had to change rooms mid visit)....

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
