I went for a frieds trip and we had a great time. Hotel is very well located and the staff is amazing. Rooms are NYC size but who cares while they are clean and well kept. Grand central is located 3 blocks down from the hotel so commute was so easy. We will come back!

Super attentive staff and overall amazing experience. Loved staying at this hotel. Everyone was extremely nice and polite. The room was very clean and spacious (compared to other NYC hotels). They have a gym in the basement and it had all the equipment necessary for a good workout, having a rower is always a plus for me. The area was really good and relatively quiet as well. It is near Grand Central Station but it isn’t very busy as far as traffic is concerned. So grabbing a cab and being dropped off was quick and easy.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. The front desk and lobby staff provided excellent and friendly service, with high attention to detail, and made me feel most welcome. The rooms and lobby design deliver beauty and function. The location is quiet, yet in the heart of Manhattan, and just steps away from Grand Central Terminal.

Be careful about this place double charge, i booked through booking.com and paid in full at the time of booking, and then at the check out they asked for my credit card again and charged me again for the dame amount, so I’ve been in a contact with them about the case and guest manager Monica Martinez confirmed it’s their mistake and i should get refund back. After seven days i called back because there was no refund on my credit card or any pending transaction, her answer was call my bank, what i poor manager customer service. So i called my credit card and they will dispute the charge. Can’t believe a hotel this name have this kind management service employee. What a shame, BTW the guy at the hotel front door i believe name Jassy deserves 5* super nice guy

Great location for waking around midtown as well as accessing mass transit. Comfortable room and great staff. Met other guests from around the world. Will definitely stay here again. Many restaurants within walking distance.

Five stars. Great location and great staff. The Front Desk was very helpful making checking in and out seamless. Our room was clean upon arriving with daily housekeeping available. When visiting New York we plan to return and would recommend.

Great location and very Good price for 4 stars hotel. Silent rooms Staff very professional Highly recommended Ask to have the room with double windows on Park Avenue. Close to many attractions as Grand Central station, Central Park and Madison Square Park. Two blocks from Fifth Avenue

It's a hotel without a restaurant but we knew that before booking Plenty of coffee shops/restaurants nearby Location is great , very close to Grand Central which now links to JFK, 15 mins to Times Square Rooms were NY style, quite small but well furnished, comfy bed and a small but functional bathroom. Would definitely recommend

The service and the staff were really excellent. They are ready to help and satisfy any need you may have. Very professional and high standard. The room was not very big and the building is what one expects from NYC standards. The hotel is very clean, and in an excellent location.

I had an exceptional stay at Iberostar 70 Park Avenue Hotel and was thoroughly impressed with its prime location and convenient parking in the same building. The concierge and bellman were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my trip even more enjoyable. The room was spacious with a fresh and eclectic design, making it a comfortable place to relax.
