We planned a weekend at the 60Soho hotel for our friends 50th birthday. Upon arrival there was no valet parking or anyone to help with our bags. We to visit rooftop bar as shown in the website. Upon arrival we learned we could not access it as it was run by a different company than the hotel itself. There was never a straight answer given as to when, or why we could not use it or even see it. Had drinks and appetizers at the restaurant in front of the hotel entrance which offered 15% discount to guests of the hotel. It was not given and when we inquired the next day were told there was nothing they could do. 3 different times during our stay we smelled strong cigarette smoke even though it is a non smoking hotel. All in all it was a disappointing stay and we have no plans to return.

Excellent, boutique-y hotel in a wonderful area! The lobby is nice, pretty, and also cozy. Hotel is trendy but tasteful. :) The rooms are also pretty, but cozy as all NYC hotels are. :) Whoever selects the options for the minibar is fantastic--from food to drinks, and MANY selections! I stayed during Covid, and they are VERY safe! They have made all the entry doors on the bottom floor such that you simply waive and they open, so you don't have to touch them, but then to enter where hotel rooms are, you of course need your key for security purposes. They also have a cute French restaurant that has outdoor dining, plus a canopy over the top, which is fantastic if you've been in NYC during Covid outdoor dining and the heat and the rain! And you can grab food and drink from elsewhere and find a very nice spot in the lobby somewhere. Also, the rooftop bar/restaurant is beautiful! And for what it's worth, I left there after 4 days and moved up to a nice, highly rated GV hotel, but ended my stay there early to move back to Sixty Soho because I much preferred it! P.S. Go to Bistro Les Amis (many super delicious items--ask for Alex) two businesses up from the hotel, and Sola Pasta Bar (possibly the best gnocchi I've ever had, and def the nicest Covid-outdoor-dining scene in all of NY) a block south of there. Amazing!!

My now husband and I hosted the reception for our "micro wedding" at the Soho Thompson Loft (AKA the penthouse), and had the BEST experience. Earlier this year, we had to postpone our wedding scheduled in March due to the virus, and found out we would be able to have a small wedding at my church July 11. We searched far and wide for a space to host a dinner afterwards with indoor and outdoor space. We came across the Sixty Soho while searching online, and we are so glad that we did. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE: From the moment I reached out to inquire about the space, the manager, Kevin, provided amazing service and great communication. He was very accommodating to the event we were planning, and let us come in ahead of time to review the space before we put any money down. He offered for staff to rearrange furniture to accommodate our event, and provided furniture for us to use at dinner on the private terrace. He responded to all my emails swiftly, even the ones I sent at midnight the night before the wedding! He and the staff were on hand throughout the whole day, making sure we had everything we needed for the party. It didn’t just feel like a hotel - the level of service and attention made it feel like a traditional wedding venue. Kevin and the whole staff truly we above and beyond to make us feel like VIPs, and made our day feel really special. THE ROOMS: The next thing we loved about our stay was the space. The penthouse layout was so unique, having two indoor levels, and a private terrace. We were able to comfortably fit 13 people, both inside and outside. We did our first look and first dance on the terrace, which has an unbelievable view of the Manhattan skyline. It was truly the perfect space for our event. I stayed in the Soho King Suite the night before the wedding, which was also a very nice space. The balcony had amazing skyline views, and the sitting room was spacious enough for myself and my maid of honor to get our hair and makeup done. I highly recommend this hotel for any stay in NYC, and absolutely recommend it to any fellow corona-brides looking for the perfect setting for a New York City micro wedding!

I was a guest for a month and when i tell you the staff here make you feel like you’re family, they are super friendly. Kelvin, Su, Kevin and there are two others whose names i don’t want to butcher were all very hospitable. My stay felt like a home away from home. I wish i didn’t have to leave. The linens were so comfortable that i was able to over sleep several times. Its amazing what ‘Black Out’ curtains and a great thread-count can produce. C.O Bigelow is a respectable brand so i was pleased with the toiletries. This is Covid-19 season so i was unable to experience the full service of the hotel but the way this place is managed i’m sure its an impeccable addition. The hotel is on a serenely quiet street and that ambiance carries on inside as well. No disturbances. Close to mass transit and a ton of eateries. If ever you’re thinking about where to stay and you feel torn, Just go with Sixty Soho. Im going to miss my Sixty family. I truly feel as if we have known each other for years.

We pass through NYC frequently and usually stay in midtown however on our last trip we decided to stay downtown in SoHo. We stumbled upon Sixty SoHo and are glad we did. The staff was welcoming, the room was clean and spacious for NYC and the afternoon wine reception was relaxing in the comfortable lobby.
