A trailblazer in the boutique hotel world, the streamlined SIXTY SoHo-cobblestoned blocks from the NoLiTa, Chinatown, and TriBeCa neighborhoods-is at once Bohemian-chic and luxuriously sophisticated. Nestled in downtown NYC's most stylish district, famous for its pedestrian-friendly culture-and-retail scenes, SIXTY Hotels's flagship has become the place for savvy locals and international travelers to liaison in style, whether its meeting over craft cocktails in the understated Gordon Bar, or slipping into the restaurant, Bistrot Leo, to sample its French coastal cuisine. In warmer months, A60, the seasonal rooftop bar, can be enjoyed with its uncompromised views of downtown NYC. SIXTY SoHo is part of SIXTY Hotels, a new, innovative of luxury inns located in New York and Los Angeles.

As an elderly single traveller it is lovely to find a boutique hotel that really cares for its customers. The position is great Thompson/Spring so easy walk to Broadway to view the fabulous shops. The hotel’s Bedrooms are very comfortable with a good size wardrobe and drawer space And plenty of plugs for iPad etc.Thr bathroom is good and I had a walk in shower as requested. The air con is good as it doesn’t blow onto the bed but Is positioned to the side of the room. From the reception to the cleaners they all had a smile and willing to chat .Very competent staff All round . The roof top bar is amazing with views over the NY skyline. The restaurant has an outside space which is lovely especially for NY . Really can’t fault this hotel and I shall certainly make it my base when returning to NY

The 5 of us had 2 rooms. We were there June 26 to July 1, 2019. When we booked, we were quoted by email "TOTAL Room Cost with Taxes". Upon checkout, we were charged for an additional $19.95 per night per room for "residence fee". That added over $200 to the total bill. To me, this $19.95 per day charge should have been included in the "Total Room Cost" because this "Residence Fee" was not an option to us to accept or decline. Besides, what is the definition of "Total"? It was a fixed charge no matter you liked it or not, $19.95 will be added. So watch out!!! I have sent them a complaint via their survey form but so far dead silence. It is really too bad because both the bell desk and the concierge people were terrific. This is a hotel management problem trying to make an extra dollar in a dishonest way. Oh btw, there was a pretty sizable cockroach one night in room #46.

Dear raymondy656, Thank you for taking the time to write us a review + partake in our post departure survey in regards to your recent stay with us. It it very unfortunate that you were not made aware of the standard residence fee which states in the SIXTY Hotels website prior to continuing with the booking journey upon selecting packages and room types available. Our reservation confirmation does state The Residence Fee charge $19.95 per day and its inclusions throughout the stay; in the Fine-Print section. We apologize and thank you for bringing it to our attention in regards to insect you came across during your stay; we have placed these rooms out of commission for further improvement. Best,

The Sixty SOHO is located in the SOHO neighborhood. Very nice area, walking distance to shops, restaurants and subway stations. I travel to NY often and something that stroke me was that the area feels like a small town, but when you get a glimpse of the Freedom tower to the South or the Empire State building to the North you realize you are in the big apple. The staff at the hotel is very professional and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast at Leo Bistro was great, it usually goes for about $40.00 per person depending of what you order.

Situated in the middle of trendy Soho, Close to multiple Subway stations, heading into midtown without the need to change stations, This great hotel can provide the much needed rest in crazy NYC. Spacy and beautiful rooms, and a nice terrace in front of the hotel. Not cheap but worth it. Very friendly staff. The corridors are very warm in summer but the rooms have great airco, not blowing directly on the bed, which Iove. We will be back!
