The good - location is to die for and the rooms are quite nice. The poor - staff and the coffee kiosk. Definitely plan on eating outside the hotel.
The coffee kiosk is about as poorly managed as possible. Selection is pitiful and prices high....More
This hotel has been our main stay during our yearly visits to New York City. We use to stay within several blocks but found us coming back every day to Times Square because of all of the action it offers (restaurants, shows, shopping, people watching, etc.)...More

Chose this hotel for our 6 night stay because a full 2 room suite appealed to us, as did the wetbar with fridge and microwave for all those delicious NYC restaurant leftovers. You are smack in the middle of always teeming Times Square, so be...More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It's walking distance to many restaurants, Central Park, Rockefeller Center and more. The lobby has a nice bar with a wall that can be a screen showing what is happening right outside the hotel or televised sports events. And...More

We appreciate the feedback, Travelist928.
It's unfortunate your stay in our hotel was less than ideal. We're disappointed you had such challenges with our team and that we couldn't assist you in every way. Your experience is not on par with the high-caliber service we're...More
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the
affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
