Comfortable and clean but I was here about four years ago with my family and we had a larger room which was nice. Our double queen room was clean and comfortable. I don't remember when they got rid of coffee makers but I was not happy. Reading back through others reviews way on down, someone mentioned it . I wish...

We returned to The Skyline having discovered it last year. Our room was spacious & with a huge & very very comfortable bed. The view from our window was great, especially at night Useful to be able to borrow a kettle, plus there is a fridge. Meant that we could have our morning tea with a breakfast bagel from the...

We were on a budget so were thrilled to discover that this hotel had fabulous views of the city and is only 10 minutes from Times Sq and the Hudson. Huge, clean rooms. Reception staff so helpful and welcoming. Definitely worth asking for a kettle if you'd like to make tea or coffee in your room. Pool is fabulous. On...

Stayed here in August/September 2016 for 9 nights in a superior room. Rooms were very clean, beds very comfortable, great view, pool upstairs (which I didn't use but my son and sister did) looked clean enough- hours are restricted though. staff are fantastic. Didn't interact much but when I did they were so helpful and friendly. only a couple of...

My son and I stayed here for 4 nights in November and we absolutely loved it! The lobby was amazing with poinsettias galore and Christmas decorations/tree and lovely Christmas music playing, there was also a machine blowing out a beautiful smell. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately,we had to be moved from our first room due to the toilet...

It was so nice to see that we exceeded your expectations. I especially liked your nice comments about the holiday decorations, as I personally decorated the lobby for the holidays. Our are as become the new foodie area of the city, with so many choice around the hotel. Best regards, Mark Hurewitz

I had a handicap corner room overlooking a parking lot on a quiet side street. Hell's Kitchen was perfect for me. In any other city, I would give this type of space a bad review. But, this is Manhattan. You can't expect much for under under US$250.

I see you had a ADA room inside view, I appreciate your understanding. We do have some great views from our rooms and hopefully we can make it happen next time you are in the city. Feel free to call me if you plan on making another reservation. Best regards, Mark Hurewitz

Came from Orlando after 10, to a wet and cold New York, room was very spacious enough for my husband and two teenagers 18 & 15. Bonus had a pool and gym. Unfortunately didn't have tea & coffee making facilities. But good hotel for the money

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel with our two golden retriever dogs. Our room was really spacious with two queen-sized beds. We had a beautiful view of the New York skyline. And the hotel is very well located within walking distance to Time Square, Central Park and more. This is not a fancy hotel but it's clean and...

When two golden retrievers can stretch out comfortable in a hotel room , then you know the room is large. Thank you for your comments and best wishes to your pups. Mark Hurewitz

I hope you enjoyed the New Years as much as you seemed to have enjoyed the hotel. We do consider our location the great alternative to the hustle and bustle of times square. All the best, Mark Hurewitz

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
