Stayed here in July sadly lost access to my other trip advisor account so having to start again This hotel we found clean and pleasant and perfect distance from times Square Coffee every morning on offer too was brilliant has got me addicted to French vanilla cafe mate tho and can't get it in the darn UK unless I want to spend a fortune importing it which is out my price range sadly , Staff I found here to be lovely even the bell boy (if that's how we say it ) wee dude was brilliant and helpful and I'm sure our generous tips would have been helping us with him too The fact there is a pool upstairs too is brilliant the view up their is amazing seeing the lights of the city Really do visit if you have a chance reviews can be deceiving sometimes

Do not & I repeat DO NOT stay here! This is full of homeless & recently released inmates. They are literally dropped off by the bus load! They hang out outside & harass the local residents. Crime in the area has sky rocketed because of the hotels in the area doing this! YOU WILL NOT BE SAFE HERE!!

Staff helpful, good location near most landmarks, good size rooms, clean. Close to shops and restaurants, pubs and clubs.Bus stops just outside to get you further into the city for the attractions further away.

This place is a homeless shelter, literally. The management and ownership should hide in shame as they are a magnet for the hood to be an underbelly. By being so low class a destination this hotel has impacted very negatively what could be a nice area to live in
