No longer a Hilton and barely a hotel.
Ownership changed, so if you want to get ripped off, stay here and pay extra charges that aren't on your Hilton bill.
And to top it off, when we entered our room, one of the hotel staff...More
We were very happy with the location and value from this Hilton. Rooms are on the small side, but that has been my experience everywhere I’ve stayed in NYC. Location is convenient and safe. The housekeeping did forget to replace some items and there’s no...More

The rooms are tiny and ours, 1714, had a huge column interrupting the room. The view was nice and we had three windows.

This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the
affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.

We left our bags there for 5 days while travelling, we simply put them in the room, took the tag and then came back to get them upon our return. As long as you have the ticket, all is well. However since you are actually staying in the hotel there should be no problem but I will give you one tip: If you have any trouble at all (and you probably will becasue the staff is not top notch) then ask for the reception manager Andrea, she is BOOM! She gets things done and makes things happen.
All the Best!
