Some lobby staff (late shift staff) is very rude, and not helpfull. Instead Morning is very helpfull... Breakfast isn't worth to pay for crap muffins and bad coffee. Rooms are ok and clean . Hotel even midtown isn't not noise

What a fantastic molded ceiling! Comfortable, clean, affordable and good for a family trip to NY. It was nice not to stay in a big chain hotel for a change. Booked everything we wanted to do with the concierge.
