A destination unto itself with exceptional staff, luxurious accommodations and fantastic food and beverage options. From the moment we arrived we felt at home. We didn't want to leave! The location is great as well with the Brooklyn Bridge only a short walk away.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay. We were in town to visit our daughter who is an emerging NY playwright. We were attending a reading of her work in mid-town. We liked returning downtown each evening to the relative tranquility of the WTC area. Great dessert and nightcap each night. The architecture of the place is a stunner. Beautiful lobby. The gorgeous restaurant/bar space with a kaleidoscopic atrium view is a highlight. Great Fulton St. Subway access with elevator to get the A Train we needed for mid-town. Amex Platinum Fine Hotel and Resort benefits were honored. Our room was upgraded and our credits applied at check out. We'd definitely stay here again. Wife adds: "Every piece of art work is fabulous." She's still talking about the Panda artwork in our room. Concierge was very helpful to us in timing our Uber to LGA for a very early morning flight. We'd definitely stay here again.

We loved the location and the service -- including the beautiful room, and the proximity to the Brooklyn Bridge and downtown. The staff were very helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel for others.

My boyfriend and I stayed at The Beekman Hotel and had a perfect weekend. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Meal at Le Gratin was amazing and lovely drinks at the Temple bar. Couldn’t have had a better stay, we will be coming back for sure!

We travelled to celebrate my special birthday by seeing Billy Joel at MSG. We chose the Beekman because of its location and vibe - both of which exceeded our expectations. The hotel is gorgeous, bed was really comfortable, temperature easy to control, staff friendly and they made us feel extremely welcome. Great value with 4 nights for 3. They arranged a private car to the airport which was a great way out of town too. Thanks for the cake and champagne- truly scrumptious!

Cool looking hotel but the customer service was terrible. I am not one to ever leave reviews but after multiple bad experiences with the restaurant servers, the concierge, the doorman and the complimentary hotel driver I feel it’s fitting. Considering it’s a “luxury” hotel, they should hire professional and at the least kind staff. Ate at the hotel every morning and had very bland service. The food was not very good but didn’t really mind, as it was complimentary. Every time I ate breakfast and encountered different servers they had a very annoyed behavior and I had to remind them multiple times to refill my water or bring something that’s very minimal. The first time I took the Driver that goes one mile away I gave an adress that was 1.3 miles away and was planning on walking the rest but he said that he doesn’t mind driving all the way and I tipped $10. An Uber to this location was $10 and I could’ve literally walked there in 20 minutes but figured why not take the driver if it’s available and complimentary. The next night I decided to take the driver again and had a terrible experience. When I asked the doorman if the driver was available, he said “Depends where your going” ??? I said where I was going and he said “Well it depends if you’re going to take care of the driver” The driver was parked right out front… I got into the car and the driver was huffing and puffing the whole ride and did not say a single word from the time I got in the car to the time I got out. As we were pulling away the doorman looked at him and asked how long he will be gone. With a very rude and annoyed tone the driver said “40 minutes”. The doorman continued to say “well they should at-least tip you $20“ With how close it is I could have walked or taken the subway, I only took this car because I paid so much to stay at this hotel and the car is free. The driver did not say a single word to us from the time we got into the car to the time we left. It was obvious he was mad because he didn’t think the tip I gave him the night prior was enough. He also has his phone ringer on and I could hear him texting through out the entire drive. The hotel WiFi was in and out through my entire trip. I had to re connect to it about 5 time a day. My room was so dark and faced directly into other hotel rooms. I had to constantly use a flash light to get around and ordered a light from Amazon just to get ready.

Beautiful architecture; well-appointed rooms, quiet and quietly luxurious. Discreet yet complete service by knowledgable and efficient staff. Amazing restaurants. Perfect location for public transit within Manhattan or into the boros.

If you are looking to be treated like you are a VIP, this is the place for you. From the doormen remembering us every time we left and entered (including remembering me from my prior stay last april), to the staff who bring chocolates twice a day, it felt very 'passenger princess' style to me. The only thing I will say, and this is not a negative... there is a bar and club in the hotel, so if you are a light sleeper like me you may want to bring some earplugs. I was there for business the first part of my trip and had to go to bed early, so earplugs were a must. The second half of my trip i just joined down at the bar, which was amazing. My friend I traveled with doesn't drink, and we were down there a LOT. They have a great ambiance, and zero proof cocktails.

The Beekman exceeded. My expectations in the areas of service, cleanliness, quality furnishings and decor!! We felt like we were on a very classy Harry Potter movie set. We enjoyed the excellent coffee each morning and the staff made sure we had water each day as we departed. Every staff member was extremely cordial and helpful. I loved that they seemed happy to be at work! We did have some street noise at night but not too bad for NYC.
