Fantastic hotel, modern, very clean, and beds are comfy! We had breakfast included, a full buffet available and it was delicious with loads of choice. Easy to get to via bus from Newark, and a perfect location to get around from. We walked mostly, but there were subway stations

This hotel comes highly recommended if you wish to stay within easy access to everything in NYC. Getting to the hotel from JFK Airport was very straightforward and it took about one hour. I boarded the Airtrain to Jamaica station ($5), then took the E subway to 50th Street

What a great find in an awesome location! Loved the clean, sleek design of the efficient bedroom and bathroom. I especially loved the shelf under the sink for storage! Wish more hotels did this! The complementary breakfast was superb...very fresh and it offered everything

I came into the city to see a couple of shows and ended up at this hotel for the evening. The location was absolutely perfect, just two blocks away from Times Square. There are several great restaurants nearby, and Port Authority was just 4 blocks away. Check in was so easy.

Yes you can email them on the website. I did as I had booked 2 rooms & wanted them close together. They emailed me back & said they couldn't guarantee anything. But the rooms were next door to each other. The staff are really nice & it's worth asking. Although I think most rooms have a good view but I'm not sure about the lower floors.

I looked at lots of ways to get to hotel from JFK before we left and decided to just get a taxi when we arrived. Best decision yet !. Its well organised at the taxi point and the cost is a fixed price fully publicised. Our driver was brilliant, very friendly and informative. The day we arrived was also the day the United Nations meeting began, traffic was a nightmare and yes the journey took longer than normal but the price was fixed. I'm sure the cost was $70 for two of us. Have tried shared buses before and it was a nightmare. Get a taxi.

Took us about an hour to get to the hotel, but longer on the way back. I'm guessing it depends what time your getting there and going home. I've heard a cab can cost around $70 - $80 but not sure as we booked a shared shuttle in with our trip at around £40 -£50 both ways
