Not a welcoming hotel at all. Staff was average. When we booked we were told the room had two queens (no kings available) but the room had two doubles. Linens were nice and pillows were excellent. The room was tiny as was the bath.

At the southernmost tip of Manhattan, the Financial District is where New York City began as a center of commerce. Today, the historic streets and beautiful setting are complemented by museums, countless skyscrapers, and the heart of the Financial District, home to Wall Street and the New York Stock Exchange. Catch the Staten Island Ferry for an unbeatable view of the skyline and Statue of Liberty, or sail to Ellis
Island to learn about the vital immigrant history of the city.

I agree with the previous two answers. No visible parking at hotel plenty close by at a price, however, using the transport ation is fantastic and inexpensive especially if you buy the 7 day Metro pass for $31 we got our moneys worth within two days so the rest was a bonus. Much better than trying to negotiate Down town or in fact any where in Manhattan. Call the hotel they might help.
Response to other question. No refrigerator.
Seating area in our room inly a seat under the small desk, impossible to pass if someone sitting there. Place two stools very restrictive
