This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.

Excellent hotel. The staff was very kind from the minute I arrived to the minute I left. I arrived late, Adrian helped me with my bags and walked me to the front desk where I was greeted with a warm welcome by Gustavo (who checked me in). After I settled in, I asked for recommendations for food/bars in the city. Winnard was very helpful in assisting me with that. I spent the weekend for NYFW. The place was very clean and cozy. The place also has a wonderful bar where one can unwind after they’ve arrived. Will stay here again.

Staff were very helpful and we were made to feel very welcome. The hotel is in a good location not far from times Square. Beds are very comfortable and clean rooms. Would recommend to anyone visiting New York and we would return.

This was my second time staying at the Dream Midtown, and as before, I was impressed. The location is the best part, close to all of midtowns attractions (central park, Carnegie Hall, Times Square). Most of the staff are super friendly (Adrian, Winard, Gustavo, Nadia, Arben) as well. My only complaint, and I hate to be negative, is there is no tea or coffee in the rooms. However the restaurant Serafina downstairs serves it in the morning (and its delicious), so not a huge deal.

Just found out about this hotel, and am kind of surprised I hadn’t heard of it before. The look of it is very chic; the lobby has a huge fish tank that my girl loved (okay, I loved it too lol). But the best part is the Fishbowl bar. It has a bowling alley. You read that right: this hotel has a bowling alley! The service is kind of hit or miss, but when it hits, it hits hard. Adrian the bellman was really great carrying our stuff, so was Winard and Gustavo at the desk. The elevators are slow, but we were on a low floor so we just took the stairs.

The Dream is a nice hotel and close to a lot of main attractions, yeah the rooms are small but you only sleep in them, we stayed on the 3rd floor towards the back of the hotel which was good as we didn’t hear as much noise from outside or at the club upstairs. A good suggestion would be to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room and allow guests to use the bar fridge to store there own items in. To the issue with the lifts and a lot of people complain about this and I don’t blame them and seeing the reply from your staff back from 2018 that you are working to fix this problem but obviously you aren’t. There are 3 lifts (1 broke down towards the end of our stay) 1 is so small and staff use this lift so it can be a wait, the 2nd lift was ok and the 3rd lift during the PHD Club opening hours (controlled my security guards) is reserved for the club only, now that is wrong, guests who pay a lot of $$ to stay at your hotel should have 1st preference to the lifts, however you prefer to let people use it first who are going to the club. I’d stay here again when the issue is fixed, but when you think about it what could be done to fix the issue ??
