Mike g made the check in very simple and very easy. Also the gentleman that helped us with our bags was very accommodating very courteous even helped us figure out the parking situation. I have to give it up to Mike G and the Doorman, was beyond a Professional and Courteous welcome.

I got my best price by booking directly with the hotel. The room was simple but had cool decor and a noise canceling type thing in the room to provide white noise. There was a continental breakfast of pastries, yogurt, fruit and coffee in the restaurant. It wasn’t huge, but nicely done and felt fancy….not like wandering into the lobby of a Hampton inn etc. you had the option to pay if you wanted eggs or something more. The staff was friendly. There wasn’t a coffee pot in the room, which I missed, but there was great coffee served at the breakfast. My biggest problem was the dirty bathrobe in the room, but that was probably just an oversight by the housekeeping crew.

I had never seen the secondary headboard attached to the back of the primary headboard of the main bed extended all the way up to the ceiling from the very bottom of the floor with the patterns resembling kaleidoscope view of flowers, water and light. Your head gets protected with this illusional dreamy vision! better for tourists. Somehow they took my bathrobe on the second night. The phone was not working either. During the covid restriction, guests cannot use the refrigerators in the room. There was a sign note saying the hotel would provide the guests with alternative way to chill the food.

The hotel is conveniently located near Columbus Circle and Central Park - walking distance! The rooms are slightly dated and need a bit of refurbishment but they’re comfortable nonetheless. Donaldo was an exceptional manager in dealing with the issue I experienced and did everything to make my stay comfortable. Thank you so much, Donaldo!

I had the pleasure of staying at Dream Midtown the last weekend in October. The staff was all wonderful. From the minute I arrived they could not have been nicer. From the woman who checked us in. To the gentleman who hailed us a cab. So we didn’t have to stand out in the cold. To the waitstaff in the restaurant. They wanted to make sure we all had everything we wanted or needed. The hotel lobby was very clean as were the rooms. All the staff is the number one reason I would go back. The location was perfect too
