I've stayed at many hotels in my lifetime due to my former life as a consultant. My family is also full of avid travelers with strictest preference for nicest hotels. When COVID happened, all our international travel plans went out the window, and we decided on a staycation at NobleDEN. Now I can say, wIthout a doubt, NobleDEN has the safest and nicest accommodations in all of NYC and has taken SO MANY precautions compared to other 5-star hotels in the city (which we also tried). There are sanitation stations everywhere including for your shoes, the staff is extremely nice. When you walk-in, you get the sense that the staff and the manager "get it" in terms of the seriousness of pandemic and has your safety in mind, vs other places where they may be doing the bare minimum to meet some government standard. In terms of the rooms, they are pristine. The roof-deck has amazing NYC views and they don't charge you to use it. Location is great, right around Lower East Side, Little Italy and Chinatown - it is perfect for a foodie family like us. As such, we are going again, and am grateful for the staff that wants to keep us safe and well-accommodated. EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT. In my mind, NobleDEN is a clear winner, should be a 5-star, and labeled the best in the city.…
My friend and I had an excellent stay at NobleDen for my birthday. The room with a balcony was amazing. Being able to sit down, drink coffee, and look at NYC was definitely an unforgettable experience. The beds were super comfy and the entire hotel was very clean. There is also a hidden gem- the rooftop. Wow, what a view! The staff made sure we had everything we needed and we even got a teddybear to welcome us in our room. The free toiletries were a lovely touch as well! We loved everything about our stay and we will be back! Thank you!
The hotel was modern and the staff were friendly. The room was super clean (first hotel I have been to that has zero dust in drawers and shelves in the wardrobe). The view from the roof top is surprising good, especially as the sun sets. The location as perfect, and i definitely recommend going for a meal/drinks two doors down to Tomino Taberna Gallega.
I was really looking forward to my stay here but I found the gentleman at the front desk to be incredibly rude. My card wasn’t going through for incidentals which was very strange, so I called my bank and they said that it was not an issue on their end and that the hotel may need to try a different card reader or manually type it in. The guy at the front desk said he can only manually enter a card if his gets permission from his manager, so I asked if he could speak to his manager. I saw him pick up the phone and send out a text. He then said his manager said, no. I’ve never seen someone act so dismissive in the hospitality industry. While the room is nice, the attitude is enough for me to make sure I look elsewhere next time.
I'm so glad my daughter picked this hotel for her final trip to NYC! She had various needs as she was confined to a wheelchair for our last hurrah. Morgan went above and beyond to ensure our ADA room was ready for us, including leaving a gift of wine and a commemorative teddy bear. Sadly, my daughter passed shortly after we arrived. Morgan made sure I was eating - he even ordered some food for me. He continued to follow up with me to be sure I was as comfortable as possible, considering the circumstances. Being able to escape to the rooftop patio was definitely a help. The only thing that would have made it a little better would be umbrellas to help with the hot afternoon sun. At night, though, it was a wonderful view! I would definitely stay here again!
