We had a great stay at this hotel. Clean spacious room, comfortable beds and friendly, helpful staff. In a nice location and conveniently placed for local sights and the subway. Breakfast is fine but better early on as it tends to get very busy later.

Rooms are noticeably bigger than your average New York City mid-range hotel. Big enough that it didn't bother me to be in an interior room with no view. I never opened the shades. (The big bright stylish clock made the room feel less claustrophobic.) Comfortable bed and

Great attention from the front desk, from Jane and Jessica, always in what we needed. The hotel has a great location near all the subway stations, near all the symbolic things of Downtown such as Memorial 9/11, World Trade Center, Brooklyn Bridge, Oculus, Wall Streeet, etc.

Hi, anyone knows what options/costs we have to get to the hotel from JFK? thanks.
Definitely the Subway if you're looking for the cheapest way (Airtrain Metrocard=$5 + Subway Metrocard $2.75 + the machine takes $1 for printing a new Metrocard ) There are multiple lines but only one doesn't require you to change subway line and pay an additional $2.75, I used Citymapper to figure out the subway system (the app also gave live info on stops, problems with the different lines etc.) Depending on the lines you take (and on how much you wait for the trains) it will take 1.5/2 h to get to the hotel. I personally discarded the idea of taking a Taxi because, if there's lots of traffic, it can get crazy expensive and it can take just as long. I would suggest a Taxi only if you travel with lots of baggage 😊 --> If you plan on talking the subway more than 12 times it's worth buying the $32 dollars Metrocard ( unlimited rides for 7 days and you don't have to worry about looking for working machines to recharge the card) Hope this helps, enjoy your time in NYC! 😆

Hi there! Do they charge for receiving packages? If so, how much per item? Thank you!
Hello rachelsmartins, The hotel does not charge for receiving packages as long as they are of reasonable size and weight. Please simply ensure that you write “Guest” in front of the recipient name, as well as “Arriving XX/XX”. This is extremely helpful for the hotel staff when receiving and storing packages. We look forward to hosting you!
