Shoutout to Kin & Rachel - they were able to help me with booking changes I had to make for personal reasons and did so in a really human way. Most places lead with bureaucracy and red tape but Ludlow was old school human and understanding. Love staying here and will be back.

Great location and wonderful staff. Everything from the lobby bar to the bathtub with amenities makes for a wonderful stay. I love this place and try to stay whenever I visit my daughter in the lower east side. Staff is so kind! Especially the front desk folks!

We had the most incredible experience. Better than we could have expected at The Ludlow Hotel. Ken at the front desk went over and above for us, he was kind, patient and truly made our stay very memorable. We will always rave about our time with you and recommend anyone who is looking for a hotel in NYC to The Ludlow. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful. We were celebrating my dads birthday and he was extremely pleased with the service, experience and hotel! The hotel is chic, stylish, historic, has a great gym and perfect sunroof to watch the sunrise or set. Thank you again!!

We came to New York for my birthday, and we’re surprised by our daughters from Kansas City and Hutto(Austin) Texas. The Ludlow was the perfect venue. Our middle daughter orchestrated the whole surprise, and the hotel stepped up and made the event special. The room was perfect, and the bar area was a great out of hectic lower east side for evening after dinner cocktails.

We recently stayed at The Ludlow to celebrate our 10th anniversary, and it was without a doubt one of the greatest hotel experiences we've ever had. The Ludlow team went above and beyond at every turn to make it a special, memorable trip. We're already looking forward to future trips to NYC, and will always aim to stay here!

Gorgeous rooms, although very tight. Rented a queen room with a soaking tub with a huge window overlooking the city. Really fun place to have a staycation, and the location in lower east side and overall vibe is really hip. Also not super expensive for a posh NYC hotel room, but the size of the rooms reflected that.

I reserved a Loft King room and got Room 1602 with no balcony, no corner windows, no windowed rain shower. Then management argued with me the whole time that I got the room I reserved! And guess what ?!?! I did because their booking receipt clearly says the room preference is subject to availability. I thought I reserved a premium room as described on their website. Instead I got 1602 with none of these amenities directly next to the elevator with a small sitting area.

We stayed in a Queen Studio with Terrace on the 7th floor. Small but beautiful room with a very comfortable bed and a fantastic outside space. The Ludlow has a really cool vibe, amazing friendly and helpful staff, especially on the front desk. The hotel is in a great position in the LES close to some fantastic bars, cafes and restaurants. There was a bit of a heatwave the week we were there and coming back to the Ludlow to sit in the Lounge and have some drinks was a great end to our daily tours. A nice cool hug … and relax. It has a really chilled atmosphere which is ideal after the hustle of NYC. You can take your own drinks up to the rooftop which provides some fantastic panoramic views. It was our anniversary and we received a complimentary bottle of fizz when we arrived which was a really nice touch. Highly recommended for your NYC stays and we will definitely be back.

The Hotel is amazing but the customer service is just SUPERB!!! Omar did a very good job in explaining the different rooms available and made sure that my stay was an enjoyable one. He was very accommodating and also advised of the local restaurants and transportation. Great stay and even greater customer service!!
