Awesome 1 bedroom apartment right in the heart of time square. Easy walking distance to subways and most major attractions. The bell man was fantastic and all staff were so accommodating - will definately stay here again.

It was a nice place to stay in the heart of New York. They had 2 staff on the door even at 1.30am. They had free internet and an excellent gym. The open penthouse was very nice. The rooms were a little dark however.
We stayed at the aka Times Square for a week in a one bedroom apt (we initially booked a “penthouse” but turns out penthouse rooms are normal rooms without kitchens on the top floor) . The location was great, just off Times Square and room...More
We stayed at this hotel partly for business and partly for pleasure. We were here for five nights. The staff was always very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were extremely clean, well appointed, and had all of the conveniences of a true “home away from...More
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the
affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.

We went to whole foods which was a close walk and got most of the things we wanted, but we were just looking for breakfast foods. The whole foods is ok - lots of things were not stocked and they were extremely busy and very expensive! But it worked for us with getting a little bit of cereal, eggs, juice, etc. We used the Walgreens in Times Square for pop, water, and they also have fresh fruit and sandwiches. We noticed that AKA received a lot of deliveries while we were there that week! Wish we would have thought to do use a service such as Fresh Direct or Amazon! Enjoy your stay...Caesar is a wonderful resource and a great guy to talk to. He will point you in the right direction for restaurants and things to do!
