I chose this property because it was one of the least expensive hotels in the Chelsea area. It is still Manhattan, so that means it is still expensive, but not bad for a decent hotel. I had a double room, and there was barely any room to walk around the room. Again, standard for the area, but not for typical...

Were in town for a wedding. Enjoyed the location and staff. The wedding was held at another hotel, but just around the corner. Our experience was delightful and we did a lot of walking in the area. Even with occasional rain we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to New York City and would gladly return to this hotel in the future.

Best word to use is fine. Rooms were clean but hardly updated. Located in a quiet portion on street but lots of construction in the area so you may want to check if staying during the week. Hilton honors perks were nice.

Great front desk staff in this tired property. Overdue for a total refresh to be honest. Room size is on the larger side for this category of Manhattan Hotel. The Chelsea location is very handy indeed.

Great value hotel in midtown. Close to shopping, restaurants and easy transport to uptown or financial area. Comfortable rooms (typical Hilton consistency) and a few steps away from 6th avenue. Highly recommended!

I was very pleased with my stay. All staff members were helpful and friendly. We checked our bags upon arrival and went out before the room was ready. They called us when our room was ready - three hours before regular check-in time. I appreciated the early check-in. The room was clean and looked like it had been done over...

I was very impressed with the customer service, I felt I was staying at Waldorf Astoria, their attention to detail definitely made me feel like a VIP. The room was high enough that I got a very nice view on New York.

The day staff is amazing and right there to help. Location is great. Close to everything. Easy to walk to and very accommodating with a Service Dog. I would stay her again and again because of the day staff and how they treated our service dog.

I just had one night to stay in KY because I was conned by Priceline (they do not tell you you will have to overnight on a connection until you give them you credit card). But I found the place friendly, clean (in spite of remodeling) and a good value. Free airport shuttle is also a great service. Thanks.

The contemporary art scene is an integral part of the neighborhood’s identity, with gallery openings almost every night of the week and countless exhibits to explore. As a longtime hub of gay culture in New York City, it’s also a diverse district with a vibrant nightlife scene. The opening of the High Line, an abandoned elevated train track transformed into a world-class pedestrian park, gave this neighborhood new life as a tourist destination. The High Line provides visitors with a tranquil, elevated space with incomparable views, providing an unparalleled way to experience the city.
