The location was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was warm on two cold nights, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and the shower is great. The breakfast buffet is a bargain and the food was excellent.

We were very pleased with this hotel. The location was excellent. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They were very willing to point out local restaurants which were excellent. Room was a bit small but not unexpectedly so for the city. Room very clean. Hotel modern and well maintained.

This is a nice hotel located in Tribeca. I had a business meeting close by and this was in a great location. The staff was helpful and the buffet breakfast was fine. It is in an area that is accessible to the village and soho.

Got a very nice deal for my family of 4 for 4-night long weekend visit. Room was kind of small, but very happy with the location and value. Cannot beat location - directly over Canal St. subway (A,C,E lines) and close to great shopping. Love Tribeca compared to Times Square congestion.

My wife, my son and I stayed at the Garden Inn Tribeca for the recent Presidents long weekend. We had an excellent time and will likely return. I found the staff extremely helpful with all questions and the general atmosphere that the desk staff, operations and bell/concierge create is most welcoming. The room is clean and spacious for NYC and...

Found this almost reasonably priced, but it is New York. Great priximity to the subway! Met many of the staff and a visible GM. Great guy, very welcoming and congenial. The adjacent restaurant was really pretty decent and neighborhood has many optiond.

Overall, our check-in was a breeze and the rooms were ready much earlier than anticipated. The location of the hotel was the main reason we chose it, as myself and a co-worker were there for a work trip. We ended up having to leave two days earlier than expected due to bad weather in the city, and the hotel compensated...

I traveled here on business in January. When I checked in, I presented the front desk with a Tax Exempt form, which they accepted (I work for the State of NY). Upon return, my employer identified that I had been charged taxes on my hotel. My secretary has been diligent in trying to get this hotel to refund the taxes...

I was in NYC with my husband for a combo business/pleasure trip in mid-February. The Garden Inn offered a generously-sized king room that was much roomier than many Manhattan hotel rooms and, better yet, a very short walk to the Canal St. A/C subway line. That came in very handy on Thursday when we had 8 inches of snow and...

Stayed with friends for Super Bowl weekend. The hotel was extremely clean. & Very nice staff . It's in the middle of everything. Easy to jump right into an UBER or a yellow cab and get to your destination. I recommended this hotel!

Staying in TriBeCa

Neighborhood Profile
TriBeCa
What’s in a name? In this case it is the unique title of “Triangle Below Canal Street” that became a popular nickname in the 1970s. An attractive neighborhood filled with handsome lofts on the edge of the Financial District, this lovely slice of Manhattan offers plenty of fine dining experiences and art galleries. Plus, it’s home to the city’s most exciting film event, the Tribeca Film Festival, that takes place here every year. TriBeCa is a great place to take a leisurely stroll before stopping into one of the many local restaurants or bars for a satisfying meal and cocktail. You’ll see families out for an afternoon walk, and don’t be surprised to come up with the occasional celebrity sighting. With such a great vibe, many of the city’s most famous residents call this neighborhood home.
