We loved the location of this hotel. We walked everywhere and took Uber/Lyft to Madison Square Garden and theater district with no issues. You can walk to restaurants, shops, and Central Park. Room was a bit small and walls were thin. We stayed when they had a kids leadership convention of some sort so there were a lot of what looked like high school kids. Even with it being busy, the hotel was still nice and would recommend. We would stay here again.

Hotel's Favorite
My eight-year old son and I stayed at this property for two nights around this year's BroadwayCon. The hotel looks pretty much bare bones, both on the inside and outside - judging by the appearance alone, four stars may seem more fitting than five. That said, we found absolutely nothing inconvenient, malfunctioning or otherwise off-putting about it - everything was nice, clean and in working order. Plus, it only took us 15 minutes to get there from the Majestic Theatre on foot. What made our stay truly special? The hotel staff. Specifically, an associate named Ann - she was checking us in on Thursday, January 23rd, around 8 PM. Ann clearly understood that traveling with a young child involves a certain amount of stress, so she made sure that our experience was both stress-free AND enjoyable - this included, but was not limited to, giving us a room with an excellent view and suggesting that I pay a little extra to get access to the Executive Lounge, which proved to be a really great idea. (I sincerely hope that the hotel management reads this review and finds a way to recognize her.) The bottomline: I highly recommend this hotel. Next time we are planning a multi-day trip to visit Broadway, the Met, Central Park and other major NYC attractions, this will most certainly be our first choice.

We understand the stress of traveling with a young child. That's why we're glad that Ann was able to go above and beyond and give suggestions to make your experience enjoyable. We'll take note of her actions and acknowledge her efforts! Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We're looking forward to welcoming you back in the future. Standard Hilton room. Nice and clean. Comfy beds.Very central to many attractions. Staff helpful. Café has poor choice of products but a great Deli just up the street. Great Italian restaurant in the area too.

Very nice and clean hotel with a perfect location. The only complaint is that the hotel lobby is passable and many people in the lobby are not hotel guests. Also a small complaint about the size of the breakfast restaurant and the simplicity of the menu. Everything else (cleanliness, service, speed of response to requests) is excellent and I highly recommend it as a choice of hotels in Menhent.
