We stayed here for 3 weeks . . . and no regrets whatsoever. Everybody at this hotel made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble for them. This hotel has an excellent location - close to subway (direct line to Times Square, Columbus Circle, Brooklyn etc) Riverside Park and Hudson: a wonderful, peaceful retreat after busy days.... More

I stayed in this hotel August 2015 for 9 nights. I was extremely anxious as i had read such horrible reviews. When I arrived I was pleasantly surprised, friendly staff and very accommodating. The rooms are basic but for such a good price for 9 nights its well worth it, also you are in NEW YORK CITY why would you... More

We arrived a little after midnight and was given a small room when we had requested a twin room. We booked through Expedia (never again). There was not enough room for a rollaway bed. Carpet stains and small. Next room was better but door card not working. Moved again next morning to better room which was clean and double beds.... More

Having read some of the reviews, I was a little nervous as to what to expect. Apart from the decor being a little dated (but does that really matter when you're just needing a place to sleep?) the hotel was clean and comfortable. There were 4 of us in the room and there was adequate space for all our luggage... More

The shower was dirty and they did not clean it even if asked them four times to do so . The room was small and old. Wifi connection sometimes did not work. One receptionist answered me while he was keeping both legs on the desk.

the room was very clean and was cleaned on a daily basis despite the room being left messy at times by my cousin and myself because of rushing to get ready. We saw 3 guys on the reception, 2 who were always there to help and gave us information if we needed any and the other just didn't really seem... More

I have never paid this much for so little! The cleaning of the room on a daily basis was good. But generally it should be desinfected and / or done som serious re-deckorating. Our room smelled of smoke from the neighbour. I regret i didnt take a photo of the shower head - something unknown was growing on this.. Unless... More

The hotel is really clean. We had no problem while staying there. It has a great location as you can enjoy the walk to any sight or district. The shuttle service was accurate and the staff in general was very kind and helpful! I totally recommend it!!

Stayed here 9 nights the first time ever visiting New York and the US in 2011. We were so overwhelmed by NYC that it did not matter were we slept and we were travelling on a budget. (I was still a student and my boyfriend just started to work) The hotel lobby was gorgeous, location was very good, many places... More
