The Archer Hotel treats you with care and kindness, making sure your stay is enjoyable, regardless of your reason for being in the City. They know you by name, take care of requests, listen and even have some much needed fun with you. All of the aforementioned items are how family makes you feel, and each guest at the Archer is treated as part of their extended Family. I know they are mine!
Next time I'm in NYC, I'll be staying at Archer! Everyone is so kind and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and clean, and the lobby and rooftop bars are great amenities. The location can't be beat - two short blocks to Bryant Park, a quick walk to the theater district and it's surrounded by restaurants and bars in all directions. We had a top floor room with a view of the Empire State Building. There were three of us, so the fit in the room was tight because the rooms are small. We had two full beds - I think if you have four people you'd really be fighting for space. The size of the rooms wasn't really an issue because we didn't spend any extended amount of time in the room other than to sleep or get ready. Rooms have a small fridge, coffee maker with delicious coffee, and some waters. The hotel also has a great entry way - LOTS of room, and pulled back from the street which sets it apart from other hotels nearby. We enjoyed playing games at the outside tables they have on the ground floor patio. Make sure you make a reservation to have a drink at the roof top bar with incredible views of the empire state building. You won't be disappointed with Archer!…
Cozy and Quaint! The service from check-in, to the bellmen, hostess and bartenders at SpyGlass, we appreciate you! Make reservations for the SpyGlass rooftop bar. The views are worth it! Looking forward to the next stay. Thank you to Tracie, Clifford, Jonathan, and the entire team.
Excellent service, relaxed atmosphere. Room, although tight, had all the amenities Bar area was cozy and conducive to have friends over for drinks and conversation Breakfast was good with a wide selection and good specialty coffees Great location and a must to come back
Nice accommodation including the rooftop with a beautiful view, careful staff and good location! time square is very close, as well as shops in the 5th avenue. Only 25 minutes walk to Central Park if you want to have a run.
We had an excellent stay at Archer New York 🗽 and definitely recommend this hotel for your next stay 🤙🏽 The service personnel acted on any requests, the mattress and the pillows were soooo comfy and the bathroom 🛀 carried Malin + Goetz premium body care as well as beautiful and high-end quality slippers, towels and bathrobes. Every evening, complimentary sweets 🍫 were served to round up the day. The room cleaning team did an amazing job as well. On top, the breakfast 🍳 is yummy and the drinks, bites and view on the spyglass rooftop bar are outstanding. We will definitely come back.
We booked a block of 20 rooms for a conference in NYC. Everyone in the group had great things to say about their stay at The Archer. They appreciated the room, the staff, the rooftop bar, and the proximity to so many Manhattan destinations (karoake in Koreatown anyone?). On our end, working with The Archer staff to secure the block and finalize the rooming list was a great experience. They were responsive and helpful, and we would work with them again in a heartbeat.
This is my go to hotel when I visit the city. The accommodations are too notch and the staff!! Where do you find these people? All other hotels must be sad that you have all the best staff!! Jonathan is superb. He and Tracie were amazing as usual. Don’t ever let them leave! Jonathan calls me by name like I’m family! ❤️❤️❤️
This was a fantastic 2 day/2 night stay in NYC. We arrived late in the evening after a harrowing drive through a Nor'easter down from upstate NY and were greeted by a friendly staff member named Austin who had a warm smile and answered all our questions about nearby restaurants and sightseeing. The hotel has a great location in Midtown, near amazing eats ( try Best Bagel--don't be intimated by the line, as well as this yummy French bakery:Aux Merveilleux de Fred) both recommended by Austin. Clean modern rooms, wonderful bathroom with rain shower head. We had a two double beds and although it was crowded for three people (this is NY after all) we felt very cozy and comfortable. Heavenly beds and we loved the nightly treats and the Nespresso machine that was always fully stocked. There is a garage available for guests at a discounted rate. The only negative was that the fitness facility wasn't onsite. Make sure you go up to the Skybar for a rooftop view of the empire sate buuldign which is literally across the street and beautifully lit up at night. Ask for a higher room (7th or higher!)…
