Tough decision to travel on these days but had to. I definitely felt confortable and confident with COVID protocols. The location is great! I am a frequent NYC traveler and for me is one of the best stays in terms of price-quality hotels I’ve stayed. Is just less than a block to the 5th ave and half a block from 6th ave. So you are very close to either east and west side within just a few minutes walk. The staff is very friendly and willing to assist you. Cannot say about the food since is closed due to the situation, however looking forward to go again and enjoy those other amenities. Clean and comfortable rooms. Definitely I recommend this!

Reenie on the front desk was very helpful, as were the rest of the staff. They looked after my bags, gave me free bottles of water and hailed me a taxi. The room was clean and comfortable. No complaints.

Great place. Modern. Chic. Clean. My boyfriend and I stayed for just one night last weekend and enjoyed our stay. Randy, who checked us in, was awesome. Friendly and professional. He gave us a free upgrade to a room on the 21st floor with an awesome view of the empire state building. Of course the location of this hotel is prefect - in the heart of the City - blocks away from Times square. Of course any hotel stay right now during Covid is going to be unusual. The hotel did not have housekeeping. In order to get anything, you would have to call down and go pick it up. It was okay for us because we were only there for one night but if staying longer, it would be a drag not having anyone make up your bed with fresh linen or clean your bathroom. Also, their rooftop restaurant is closed because no dining inside allowed. Again, ok for us as we were only there for the night, and there is so much in the way of dining and bars very close by. Bathroom and shower were great. Clean and modern. The bed was super comfy. Loved it. However, we didn't have a top sheet - just the fitted sheet and the comforter. Strange. Didn't like that. But overall a great stay. Would definitely recommend the Archer. We would visit again - post-covid.

I had an amazing time here, the staff is wonderful and nice, and the room was beautiful and felt secluded (which I liked). Air conditioning was wonderful—full on had a wonderful experience here brought my Xbox and had no problem hooking it up. Would recommend bringing your own travel toothpaste.
