All hotel employees were very friendly and personable. I ordered a package ahead of time and they delivered it right to my room after I checked in. They were very accommodating and even set us up with champagne and a sweet Happy Engagement note. We loved staying here. And the location is perfection!!

We loved our stay! Everyone at the front desk was super nice and helpful. The room was beautiful, clean and cozy and the amenities like the slippers, robes, toiletries and especially the turn down treats every night made our stay so fun and were such lovely touches! Even with everything disrupted because of Covid they managed to make us feel safe and pampered. The location was great, so convenient to get anywhere in the city! Right between 5th and 6th Ave., It’s about a 5 min (if even) walk to Bryant Park, with Rockefeller Plaza another 5 min away, and there is great shopping and food all nearby (Magnolia Bakery by Rockefeller Plaza and all the great stores on 5th Ave.!). It’s also a quick walk or even quicker Uber from Grand Central Station which is very convenient. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay for business or pleasure in NYC.

We went to NY for my bday and booked a different hotel every day but let me tell you nothing compares to The Archer. I wish we would've just booked here instead of everywhere else, the service was A1, the employees there always went above and beyond our expectations and they even gave us recommendations for dinner and things to do. We will book a room at The Archer if they have one in the city we travel to. Forever recomend them!

Tough decision to travel on these days but had to. I definitely felt confortable and confident with COVID protocols. The location is great! I am a frequent NYC traveler and for me is one of the best stays in terms of price-quality hotels I’ve stayed. Is just less than a block to the 5th ave and half a block from 6th ave. So you are very close to either east and west side within just a few minutes walk. The staff is very friendly and willing to assist you. Cannot say about the food since is closed due to the situation, however looking forward to go again and enjoy those other amenities. Clean and comfortable rooms. Definitely I recommend this!
