I stayed at Club Quarters Grand Central for a weekend with my brother in April 2024. I chose this hotel as it is one of very few affordable hotels in downtown Manhattan providing two beds in the room and I'd previously had a nice stay at a CQ hotel in San Francisco. It turned out to be a great choice. The hotel is clean. The beds were very comfortable. The room wasn't large, but was perfectly adequate for a 2 night stay, and there was a bright airy lounge on the top floor providing free tea and coffee, plus filtered water stations on each floor. The lobby gets a bit cramped around busy check in/out times, but the staff were friendly and efficient, and provided a late check out for a reasonable fee. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

I had a great stay for 5 nights at this hotel. The location is so close to Grand Central Terminal and lots of subway lines. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room we had was small but normal for NYC. Things I really appreciated were the refillable water bottles and the good wifi. I stayed at this chain before for business and it was just as good for leisure. They have a nice lounge in the 27th floor which was comfortable and had great views plus a good coffee machine and selection of tea. The room features, especially the moveable desk were appreciated. Some good restaurants, fast food and a pharmacy are just a block away on third avenue. I will definitely stay again on my next trip to NYC.

Great location, clean and well-appointed room. The huge windows and layout made the room seem much larger than it was and the bed and linens were very comfortable. A wonderful value if you’re looking to stay in Midtown. Desk staff were friendly and helpful. It was busy which is to be expected so the small lobby felt a bit cramped at check in, but no matter. If that’s the only complaint, it’s a quibble at best.

Will be my go to place in NY. Fantastic location, walking distance to grand central, broadway, fifth avenue. Amazing helpful staff, comfortable rooms. True theres no breakfast but no shortage of those (go to little collins). Only negative, you need to ask for cleaning service and as we werent told..

Excellent staff, friendly and helpful. Comfortable room, albeit a little in the small side, but nicely decorated with a comfortable bed and good shower pressure, the main important things! No breakfast on site was a little frustrating, but there are plenty of places nearby.

Very nice location, very accessible to the public transport and bus terminals. Also you can walk everywhere you like very safe and nice. Many good foods and shops around and I loved the idea of having water purifiers in each floor with some bottles to use.

This was our first time visit to NYC, and we wanted to stay in midtown that was central, walking distance to major attractions, and close to the subway. This definitely fit our expectations! - Central station = 3min walking - Time square = 15min walking - South Central Park = 10min by subway - Chinatown = 25min by subway - Upper east side = 20min by subway - Williamsburg = 30mins by subway - Brooklyn & Manhattan bridge = 25min by subway - Battery park = 30min by subway If you’re a first timer like we were to, need a central location, and are ok with a little noise from city then this is the perfect place for you! ☺️

Fantastic location close to the beautiful Grand Central station; very nice, welcoming and helpful staff, clean bathroom and comfy sofa-sitting area in room. Really appreciated the welcome gift of snacks, the tasty free coffee on floor 27 looking up to the Chrysler spire! The chilled water points are also an excellent feature. Decent price for the location and no hidden extra costs, definitely a bonus for NYC. Thank you Club Quarters / Boutique, I hope to be back soon!

We had a very comfortable stay in this hotel! The location is great. A 5 min walk to Grand Central Station and 10/15 min walk to Times Square. Very clean. Shower was great. Most comfortable bed Ive slept in. Check in was incredibly easy and quick. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful.
