Very friendly staff, super clean, nice central location! The hotel and room were clean, the air conditioning was comfortable and coffee at breakfast, excellent! The desk staff were very welcoming, and all staff, were very friendly. We paid extra for the "view room". We'll definitely...More
I stayed here for two nights because it was close to my business meetings in Manhattan. The location is superb in that you can easily walk to all of the great spots from Times Square to the Theater District.

Dear Lee L,
WOW! What a wonderful review, we truly appreciate your business and your trust in us. I am very happy to hear that our staff and service exceeded your expectations. Special thank you for mentioning Ana, I can't wait to share this survey...More
We arrived early and were able to leave our bags on a secure area while we explored the city for the day. Front desk staff offered us the use of the restroom, water and a map of the city upon arrival. The rooms were small...More
We checked in very late one night. I had paid months in advance for the full double deluxe room. Upon entering the room I knew this was not the deluxe room I saw in reviews and pictures. Went back down to the front desk to...More

This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the
affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.

I'm not sure I understand your question: the parade doesn't go on the street where the hotel is located. Thus, you will have to leave the hotel to see the event. As we recall, the hotel is closer to 7th Ave than 6th. In NYC, a "block" along a numbered Street is about 600 to 1,000 feet. Be prepared to walk and be prepared for highly variable weather in that season. Have fun!!

Besides room and tax, the only other charge would be for parking (if you drive). The fee for valet parking is $60 for a small to midsize car and $70 for a larger vehicle. We do not have refrigerators in the rooms or rooms with a downtown view but we do have rooms with a view of the Empire State Bldg.
Hope this helps!
