We had a family reunion here. We had different eating styles and everyone was accommodated- the service was excellent. The tables are well spaced, so there is no eavesdropping. They also have a no photo policy, which is excellent. Overall a terrific experience.

We visited the club for a New Year's Eve Party 2016/2017. My boyfriend is a member of all Soho Houses, so we had access to the club. Usually we go to the ones in the UK which we really enjoy. The service is quite good and the staff makes you feel welcome. Not so in Soho House New York. My...

Whilst this hotel clearly has an element of exclusivity, it is certainly justified. Rooms are unique, quirky and stylish with beds you never want to get out of.. the pool is a comfortable place to relax and views spectacular. The in house cinema room and ad hoc screenings are unique and fun. I had a special menu created for me...

We had a fantastic stay. The rooms are large with everything you could want. The roof top pool and bar area was great. We had breakfast there. The main restaurant had all the feel of a comfortable lounge. Highly recommend.

The place is packed with people, great music and drinks. Food is good, nothing surprising. Italian, limited, seasonal menu. We started with burrata, crudo and then hamburger, sea bass and steak. Everything just ok. The roof top is great for drinks.

Came here with my boyfriend to visit my friend, who is a member, for a couple of drinks and we loved it! The club room is super cosy and the rooftop terrace has great views and atmosphere. Drinks at the bar were great!

Stayed there on a business trip, had to wait a while to be served at reception, when they finally showed me to a room... it was already occupied, swapped to another room, this was OK, but in a poor state - lighting not working, naked wires showing, pretty poor any at rate, but given the price... I know it's NYC...

Incredible hotel in the heart of the action. Amazing pool with lunch and dj on the roof. Great breakfast and drinks trolly in rooms early evening. We had the smallest room but still perfect with high floor to ceilings. Brunch buffet on weekends is a must.

We visited this club for coffee and dessert on a week night and it was packed! Since it is a private club, we of course had a member with us and though we had called ahead, there was an air of dis belief at the entrance, that five not so young and attractive women could enter.... once this was cleared...

I have stayed a few times here, and during my recent trip tacked on 3 nights here. My ONLY complaint about Soho House is they took away the online booking ability for non members. It's makes everything non real time, slow and back and forth. You have to now "request" a booking and ta da if lucky they will come...

Staying in West Village

Neighborhood Profile
West Village
Stretching from Sixth Avenue to the Hudson River, the West Village is one of the city’s most coveted addresses. Full of trendy shops, historic taverns, and cozy restaurants set amid 19th century architecture, this neighborhood has a unique old-world feel. You won’t find a more picturesque location in Manhattan. Without the traditional city grid layout, it’s easy to get lost here, but that’s part of the fun as you stroll down elegant narrow streets with beautiful brownstones. When you need a break, you can always stop in at one of the many quaint eateries or cafes to soak in the atmosphere, or head to the western edge of the neighborhood to enjoy magnificent waterfront views while taking a leisurely walk in Hudson River Park.
