So...I book a junior king suite for 263 $ on expedia for a one night stay in the Millennium Hilton in order to celebrate my 50th birthday in New York! At check in the front desk clerk told me that this room would not be available...he will give me a regular king size room...I said no...I want to talk to...

Well, let me say just how dumbfounded and totally excited my wife and I were when we were sitting on the tarmac in PHX bound for NYC and we had a "text" from Ashley at the Hilton Millennium asking if she could do anything for us. 30 years in customer service and honestly that was unique. Oh and so genuine...

Stay was fantastic, really friendly staff except for the ghastly Vanessa who checked us out. Really surly and hostile for absolutely no reason. When I finished checking out, my daughter asked if I had had a previous, negative interaction with her during my stay. She was horrified to find that I had never encountered her before. She couldn't imagine someone...

Stayed here for 40th birthday, primarily to shop in Century 21 across the street - like a few steps away. Check in was quick and easy. Room was absolutely spotless and the view was jaw-dropping, incredible. Bed was comfy. Didn't eat in the hotel as there were so many great places near by, when I needed any help from the...

There was a choice between this Hilton and another one on Wall St. This hotel I actually paid more but didn't have continental breakfast. The other one does, and this hotel, the outside was under renovations which was displeasing. The television was not clear.

Our stay at the Millenium Hilton was awesome!! The hotel was beautiful, and the rooms were really clean. The Hotel is located right next to the Oculus @ the World Trade Center, and the view from our room was unbelievable! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

This is a nice Hilton downtown by the 9/11 Memorial. It's a few blocks walk from most subway stops but it's all walkable. There are many places to eat nearby including a mall less than a block east from the hotel. *One note of caution, if you do have breakfast at the hotel and order berries with your $12 oatmeal,...

We stay here when we visit NYC once or twice a year. Good views, good value for the room. But somebody needs to do something about the chaotic scene at breakfast in the restaurant. We always have to wait before being seated by a surly staff person, then wait even more after we are seated, for coffee. Whenever I asked...

Stayed in the place several times. The hotel is pretty good located just across from WTC and you are just in two steps from the subway and "PATH" hub. The crew is attentive, welcoming and keeps the house in a good shape. The rooms are not too big but have quite enough space to my taste. You don't need to...

Staying for Business. Con: Service and cleanliness After a long travel day, I checked into the hotel at 12:30am with my husband. We asked for a room with a nice view of the WTC, which was accommodated. We went to the room to discover a dirty wet towel in the shower. I called down to the front desk within 2...
