Great hotel location, subway entrance is right in front of hotel. Hotel staff was very friendly and helped us with the few issues we had. The breakfast was delicious and the recommendation from the staff where to get a quick sandwich were spot on! View was amazing from the floor lobby.

My review of this hotel material items will be short. Nice rooms, clean, great location, etc. My real message here is about the folks that work at this hotel. From my pre-arrival experience, receiving a text from Ashley asking what they could do for me to be ready for my arrival to check in was already great. But what happened...

The hotel in a great location for the 9/11 memorial, battery park, Wall Street and Oculus. It is also right next to the large Fulton street subway station. Away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square. Breakfast buffet was very good indeed, there was great variety and friendly staff.

First of all among everything this hotel boasts of it's location. 2 minutes to One World Trade Center, the underground mall, subway that connects to every corner of New York. 15 minutes to Battery Park (Liberty State Park) by walk, 15 minutes by walk to the Brooklyn bridge. The room comes with a mini bar (chargeable off course NYC rate)...

We have been staying at this property now for many years, and as always the service, the cleanness of our room, and the entire team made our most recent stay perfect! The Managment team, Ashley, Heather, and Max made this stay most memorable! Thank you guys! We look forward to our next stay!

I like this hotel for business or pleasure. The location is great. The employees are very helpful. The lobby can get cramped during busy checkin/checkout times. Too bad they don't move the bar to the rooftop to free up space. I try to stay here whenever possible. However, last time we stayed in room 5203 and the wind noise was...

After my lousy experience at the Washington Hilton Hotel in Wash D.Cm I had arrived at the Millennium Hotel in NYC once again as a Hilton Honors guest at 10.00 am. I was told that my room would not be ready until 3pm but if I needed a room before that time, I would need to pay 25.00 fee. Really?...

Hotel is in a great downtown location. Directly across from the new Oculus building (which needs its own separate review), 9/11 Memorial Park, and 9/11 Museum. Gorgeous views from our 52nd floor king junior suite attached, which looked directly out on One World Trade Center and the North Tower Reflecting Pool. Silver/gold member with Hilton. Checked into hotel via my...

The location is great, and with very easy access to almost every metro line, this hotel is well suited for visiting NYC. The Lobby is congested and not particularly welcoming, but that is not a problem for most because NYC is not really a location where hanging around a hotel lobby is a priority. We stayed in a King Jr....

The hotel staff was 100% customer service oriented. They did everything possible to make sure that our stay was the best it could be. The accommodations were very nice the views were outstanding and the location that I thought would be a little bit of an issue being so far downtown with zero issue with subways going everywhere right out...
