Great location for walking to theaters. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are rather dark (no overhead light) but good for sleeping. Subway entrance is right across the street from the hotel.

My cousin and I had tickets to see a Broadway show, and we both work in Manhattan (traveling from Queens). So we booked the Westin at Times Square with my SPG points. It was one of the best decisions I have made so far this...More

Thank you for taking the time to share feedback regarding your recent stay. We are pleased that our location was convenient for your Broadway show and that your room was comfortable and provided a relaxing retreat from the hustle and bustle of New York City....More
This hotel was great! No complaints at all and I'm very picky about hotels. The signature white tea scent was so refreshing in the lobby. The doormen and the security at the lobby desk made us feel safe. They watched people coming and going closely!...More
Beware financial shenanigans at the front desk here. If you have a prepaid reservation they’ll authorize your card for $150 upfront for incidentals, which is fine and to be expected. But what they wont’t tell you is that if you do a room charge in...More

I liked this hotel. Great location, environment and service. But, I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the
affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
